Plain White cornmeal is disappearing from the local grocery stores unless it’s “hot rise “ as a southerner I use it to meal fish for frying this is a little course but a really good coating

I don't use any other cornmeal. Everything I find in my local store if degerminated. This is a whole grain, stone ground product. I am a repeat customer and the product has always arrived in a sound and wholesome condition.

Unfortunately, both bags had weevils and had to be thrown away. Quality has been good in the past.

The cornmeal is just the right grind. After covid it has been impossible for me to find stone ground white meal. We like to mix the yellow and white for cornbread. Looking forward to some good eating.
