Super bag with premium look
Bag is good.. it was Rs.1499 when I bought it 1 year ago. But price has increased from then. For daily use it is wonderful..

First impression - 1) Looks & Colour is Good as shown in Pictures 2) Bag is spacious enough for Books, Tiffin, Laptop, even 2 3 cloths can fit 3) It has many pockets in front, it also has a key holder in it 4) Bag Quality is good, Could've been better 5) Branding is good 6) Bag is Light & Comfortable 7) Zipper quality is average 8) Stitching is good. 9) Price is a bit higher as I bought it for Rs.1500. Aroung Rs.1000 is good price for this bag. Will update the review after some usage.

Horrible service ... low quality product.. I want my money back
Inspite of 1 year warranty and placing a request for mending a damaged zip, there has been no service support. The zip came off within 3 months of purchase. Horrible experience - I waited for 7 days for the technician to pick the bag up. I had to finally get it repaired on my own - paying from my pocket. My worst decision ever to buy this Tommy bag. Funny, amazon doesn't allow to upload pictures too..... even after multiple attempts
