These underwear were designed for women post c-section. Although I have never been pregnant, I was looking for high-rise underwear that would not roll down. I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase! I should have bought 2 packs! These underwear are cotton, thick waist band that never rolls down on you (stays in place). They even shape you as they add compression. I wear these every day. Extremely comfortable!! Runs just a tad bit big. I ordered an x-large as that is typically my size, but I should have ordered a Large instead. As I said, they shape your lower tummy and hips because they add compression so if I would have ordered a large it would have been tad bit more snug which would have helped even more in that area. If you are looking for comfortable every day underwear that stays in place all day then look no further!!

First let me say these are the most comfortable underwear ever. I am having surgery so I needed underwear that wouldn’t sit on the surgery site. The material is so comfortable, the fit is great. I find myself wearing them even before my surgery lol. Great coverage. And actually holds you in just a little. I love them. I will buy more.

I just had an abdominal hysterectomy and purchased these because I remember being so uncomfortable after having a c-section. These work fantastic and are very comfortable!! I highly recommend this for all women who are about to have a hysterectomy or c-section!

Great underwear for after csection. It is high waisted and no seam by the incision. My only complaint is that it is tight by the leg opening. Being swollen after surgery these underwear’s were tight where I had to rip the stitching on the leg opening to feel comfortable.

These would be great if the leg openings fit the size of the rest of them. They feel great around my waist and cover well, but the leg openings are so constrictive with very little give. If they would add a little more elasticity to the leg openings, I would give them 5 stars.

Had a baby in May and my regular size panties couldn't fit...bought these and I love them...they are comfortable and helps tuck in my belly.

Worked well with my hysterectomy incisions. Still pretty comfortable granny panties. The remind me of bloomers.

Meh. They're OK Undies, but in terms of c section recovery, I didn't wear them at all during the first 5 weeks because they were too tight for comfort on the wound. These don't have nearly as much stretch as I expected. Instead I bought normal full briefs from local kmart which were far superior, with more stretch, at a fraction of the price.

I ordered these panties in advance of my csec delivery. It served great from day 1...it doesn't come above the stitches. Very comfortable and seamless. Ls go for it of you are preparing your hospital bag.

I ordered a size medium and they would maybe fit a prepubescent child. These are not for adults.
