Worth every dollar.
I can compare these to other linesmans pliers, Klein insulated, Milwaukee high leverage and few other along the way. The comfort grips work well making them easier to use even with smaller hands. They work better fencing than other 9-9.5" linesmans. While the insulated Klein felt a little safer with electrical. The jaws open a bit wider and they cut industrial guage bottom cable better than the others. Cut enough of it and still haven't had any durabilty issues with the cutter. If you need a GOOD pair of linesmans spend the extra few dollars and go with Knipex. Value for the money? Buy once cry once. They won't dissapoint.

Cuts tig wire including l605, 718,625, 17-4 ph
Cuts very tough cobalt alloy tig wire like L605 which is one of the hardest to cut. Does not hurt cutting jaw, well so far so good. This wire absolutely destroyed My pair of kliens and nice pair of Irwin so time will tell its kinda like cutting drill bits. I will say to start its way easier to cut using alot less force on same diameter identical batch of wire. Maybe knipex is the best choice but I wouldn't know this is my first pair . A good buddy at work recommended these because he's hard on cutters like me and swears by them. I myself have never destroyed any cutters as fast as I do cutting this alloy at work maybe knipex will read this and realize there the best and send a few pairs just in case but doubtful they will. I will update review if they wear out faster than I think or have any other issues. I pray they last, there the most expensive cutters iv ever purchased so hopefully my buddy's right and I didn't waste my money like I did with Irwin. Update, 1/17/24. Cutters don't hold up after 2days cutting l605 there a distinct gap right where you cut I even tried cutting a little higher on jaws with same result. They don't make um like they used to , forever buying another and another. I tried guys it's up to the gods now which ones I kill next. I just want a quality pair of wire cutters that are hard enough to cut Inconel and high Nickel superalloys and maybe cobalt l605 on a daily basis at work . Aerospace tig welders deserve better and I know someone out there makes a product that will exceed my expectations.

Heavy-Duty, high leverage, cross hatch gripping teeth
It’s hard to comment on something that has so many positive reviews, but allow me try. These are probably the best lineman’s pliers on the market. But what about Klein? Klein pliers are absolutely top tier industrial use products, but I still find Knipex heat treatment and fit-and-finish to be superior. Plus, the Made-In-Germany Gucci factor cant be undervalued. The grips are extremely comfortable and should hopefully resist the chemicals commonly found in workshops and worksites. The high leverage cutting edges slice through Romex like butter. The cross-hatched gripping teeth hold tight and don’t let go. I should mention my pair falls open easily and required no oil or break-in period. I purchased this pair for my father, who has always appreciated the value of good tools as much as me. If you’re looking for heavy duty pliers that last longer and work better, and can afford the premium price, I highly recommend Knipex. I’ve bought perhaps 10 Knipex products and have never regretted purchasing any of them.

Best linemen for commercial and industrial electrician
This is just the best lineman for a commercial and industrial electrician. Very light weight compared to Milwaukee or Klein tools and also reams conduit. Definitely worth the money and this is simply the best to splice wires:)

Durable, efficient
Idk what material science wizardry bs goes into this but they cut better than any kliens I ever had for way longer.

The Cadillac of linemen pliers.
The Cadillac of linemen pliers. Works well on small to larger gages of wire with good leverage.

Compared to the klien is about the same
The grip is soft biggest difference from switching. Looked cheap when I got it. Really light compared to the Klein but will it last as long I'll just have to wait and see. The I tried to cut was 70mm But cuts 50mm pretty easily same for the Klein.

False advertising
They look good and all but I ordered the ones in the photo the comfort grip ones. The code matches my ones that I ordered and I double checked to make sure. But when they arrived they did not have the comfort grips on them. Seems like complete false advertising because I paid more for the ones that said comfort grips and in all the pictures it displays them as having the grips on either side. There doesn’t seem much point if any in buying these ones over the ones that are labeled without the comfort grip as they are essentially the same thing for cheaper
