Very efficient cleaner
This cleaner is way better than the other ones I've tried. I like how it actually feels clean, the smell is very faint, it will last for a long time, it dries very quickly. It doesn't shine, but the floor I use it on isn't really the shining type. It is a great deal.

Amazing cleaner!!!
Ok, so I got tired of streaking and hazy surface of my floors after using Murphy for a while. It was highly recommended, but it sure left a opaque film, no matter what I did ... same with Method. Pretty desperate to get the original sheen on my floors, I went on a search and decided to get Zep: strong, but more than affordable. Today I vacuumed and mopped and - a miracle - my floors are super clean and shiny once again! Unbelievable - I thought it would take a few cleanings to get back to the original shine; nope, just this once and my floors are back in their shiny glory. Zep checks all the boxes: no streaks, great shine, and great value for the money. Highly recommend!

If you want to use for regular maintenance this is your stuff
Zep Neutral PH Industrial Floor Cleaner does a decent job for regular maintenance, especially on sealed or finished floors. It cleans without leaving a sticky residue, and the neutral pH is a plus if you’re worried about damaging surfaces or finish. The scent is noticeable but not overwhelming, and a little goes a fairly long way if you dilute it properly. It’s not a miracle worker on heavy buildup or deep stains, but for everyday cleaning, it’s serviceable.

Works well
Got not LVP flooring and I have been using this to clean them. It works really well and leaves the floor looking clean. I put a couple of drops in a spray bottle with water and it is very easy to clean quickly.

Leaves your floor clean and shiny
My floors are 16 years old and dull. I wanted a deep cleaner that make my floors shine again. This product worked great, it really cleaned my floors and left a beautiful shine. It also has a very pleasant scent. Not overpowering.

Amazing! I have laminate floors. I just did renovations and tried several things to wash off the dust from drywall. Nothing worked until this. Feels gentle but works. No residue feeling at all. Highly recommend!
