CamelBak Eddy Recplacement Bite Valves and Straws, Clear, Pack of 2 - NOT COMPATIBLE with Eddy+ Bottles

I'm pretty sure my IQ actually went down after reading some of the negative reviews of this product. The instructions on the package could not be more clear about cutting the straw to size, but people are still surprised and confused about it. I wish I could see their faces light up when someone shows them a pair of scissors and teaches them to read for the first time. Anyway, this is a perfect replacement on the Camelbak Eddy bottle. Fits perfectly and doesn't leak at all.

This is exactly what I needed to make my Camelbak water bottle work again. I've had this for many years and this is the second time I have needed to replace the bite valve. Never leaks. Too large for my car holder but I carry it around the house and when doing yardwork.

Notice this is for the older style bottle. THIS WILL NOT fit the CamelBak bottle they currently sell. Fits perfectly. I only needed the mouth piece, so I was not concerned about how long the straw was, which a lot of people complained about. It's good to restore an older bottle you like and don't want to throw away.

??? I ordered these hoping they'd fit the four gift bottles I'm using without identifying information other than "Camelbak" on the bottom edge. They do not. Be certain you're ordering for the correct bottle. I did not. :-}

I received my order of new bite valves for my CamelBak water bottle in a quick delivery. Everything arrived in good order and was just what I was looking for.

As others have pointed out, you will need to cut the straws down to size to fit your specific bottle model. I had to take off an inch or so from mine to fit, but there is a size guide on the package that is helpful.

The bite valve fits but the straw is too long. The packaging specifically says it fits the Eddy water bottle, but it doesn't. It's about a half inch longer than the original straw (you can see in my picture, the original straw is laying next to the new ones). You can't close the lid unless you force the straw to bend to the side. Tried cutting it with scissors but it's way too thick, you will need stronger cutting tools. This same complaint is in the reviews on the actual CamelBak website too so I'm surprised they haven't fixed this obvious issue. 3 stars since only half of the product works as intended, and the other half COULD work if you have power tools. My straw wasn't that bad, I mostly bought this for the bite valve, so I probably won't even bother with the straw.

My disabled husband loves his Camelbak Eddy bottle & I was thrilled to find that you can buy replacement parts. They fitted perfectly. On th sales spiel it wasn't clear what bottles they fit so needs to list which ones really.

Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist super. Ich habe die Flasche in 1l und 0,6l und da der Strohalm eine Einheitsgröße hat, kann ich es für beide Flaschen nutzen. (Natürlich muss ich für die kleine Flasche mehr abschneiden und dadurch passt es nicht mehr auf die große ....) kann den Kauf nur empfehlen
