The Promised Neverland, Vol. 4: I Want to Live

Following the cliffhanger of the third book, the children Grace Field find themselves facing a host of challenges. This book is purely based on escape and one constantly wonders whether the children will be okay. The various twists are brilliant and the characters see some further development. The ending suggests some interesting further plot lines. The series continues to stunt with excellent art depicting great emotions and backgrounds. The world building remains strong as many things about the farm’s mechanics get explained and the world becomes a little clearer. Promised Neverland 4 is a good chapter in the wider story again. Our daughter really loves this tragic beautiful series of books even though some are hard to get currently. She thought volume 3 was a good emotional rollercoaster, the best so far and read this volume in one sitting not able to wait to pick up the next one.

This is it - this is the big moment the entire series has been building to so far. There's only so much I can say without giving a catastrophic degree of spoilers, but as someone who has been following the series from day one, this is the series at its absolute peak. The kids have been planning their escape from the beginning, but after what seems to be a crushing and absolute defeat by Mom at the end of the previous volume, all seems lost. With the situation seeming hopeless, one of the kids decides to push ahead with a shocking all-or-nothing last-ditch plan that I can only describe as one of the biggest "Oh s**t" moments I've ever had. The arc doesn't quite wrap up by the end of the volume, but I'm not saying anything in regards to how smoothly it goes. For anyone who's been following the series so far this is an absolute must, and for those who are yet to start, it's an absolute must once you read the first three volumes. ​

Missing 32 pages in my copy. They print the end from page 161 to 192 at the beginning of the book, I mean in japanese reading... and you have it also at the end. So one folio of 32 pages is lost. So be aware of one print of this manga being unfortunately like this. I will not give a bad review for that because it's a print issue and nothing to do with the book quality itself.

Very good delivery no damage

What an amazing twist. The changes and the speed of change was amazing. Ray, Norman, the fights, the change in attitudes. It almost feels unreal but the knowledge was tremendous changes. I was sucked in and held for the full story. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

It is so cared for and not bent at all- it also is an amazing book! No misprints or anything! I would really recommend!

this one was an emotional rollercoaster. It was so manipulative in getting readers to care about the kids and making readers feel things. But wow was it ever done well. The pacing the emotions the panels and the art all coming together for a riveting story.

I LOVE this series so I had to get the manga, it came in perfect condition thank you!
