This multivitamin is pure gold. Witchcraft even. It has helped with my mood, my hair and skin health, pre-menstrual symptoms, and best of all my libido. Holy moly! It's the only change I've made that I can attribute it to. My husband has no complaints, other than maybe lack of sleep! If you are contemplating trying it, don't, just buy them. I tried many multi vitamins and I just love this brand! It has everything you need in 1 easy to swallow pill! It doesn't upset my stomach and the effectiveness there. Love the healthy ingredients. So my Great benefits and the size is not too big so again easy to swallow. This is the only brand I buy now .

Nice but you need to take three per day. Switched to a one per day vitamin

Ancient Nutrition has always delivered on their word. I have had excellent results with gut health and even the quality of my hair and skin.
