Here at RavenWrap we only make Premium Quality hand-washable "truly re-usable" cotton elastic bandages for daily use. All RavenWrap (BLACK) Sport Bandages have each end stitched with 2 inches of (BLACK) "Micro- Grabbing" Hook Tape Closure material. We are very pleased to say, THIS IS NOT INDUSTRY STANDARD! We listen to our bosses, aka our customers, (you would too if some of your bosses spent 4+ hours a day in the gym and were 6' 2"+ / 200+ pounds (some built like cartoon characters!(Smile)) and we believe this closure setup reduces the tedious issues of applying and maintaining all day comfort and tension in the product. Our choice of Hook- Tape closure material helps prevent snags on socks/ pants/ blouses and shirts while holding firmly and securely to the bandage material. Since the use of our "Mini Grabbing" Hook- Tape we've noted a major reduction in comments from our test group regarding: *Material Damage *Hook- Tape Slippage (w/ or w/o ice/ heat pack) RavenWrap (BLACK) Bandages uses only spun- dyed materials. We never post- Dye (post weave), Re-Dye, or Tie- Dye for coloring. RavenWrap is designed to be spot cleaned (warm water) "On- The- Go")) or regularly (Cold- Water/ Mild Detergent) hand washed/ air dried/ neatly rolled back up for storage) while keeping its color and shape for repeated uses. Please understand 28% of our test group are "hard core fitness nuts", they need a tough wearing bandage so that's where the "SPORT" comes from. Their abuse makes for an excellent wearing, comfortable bandage for the 72% of us "regular" users. Our ultimate goal here at RavenWrap is to create products that are soft, long lasting, and attractive. We want to be that "bandage in the medicine cabinet" for the unfortunate times you get hurt, or the one you count on for good looking and inconspicuous "all day" use. --Enjoy! Review: Amputee prostethis wrap - works great! - This was received promptly and was packaged appropriately. I use a wrap to put on my prosthetic leg. The wrap has to be pretty tough to stand up to the punishment it goes thru to facilitate this. The commercial brand (@ Walmart) changed they way they are made or Walmart started buying a different style but the bandages last maybe 4 times before they start degrading (coming apart). I can 'milk' them for another 20 times but it's messy (as they're self destructing and there's threads of cotton and elastic pulling away) so I needed something more in line with what I used to get. These are damn near perfect. They are stoutly made and after the 8 or 10 times I've used it so far, it shows no wear. I did modify it though. It comes with two plastic 'velcro_ey' plastic strips (one on each end). I cut the threads off that sew them on (not the wrap). On one end (the one I start wrapping with, the strip is completely removed. I did this because it's going to have to pull thru a very tightly fitting bucket and I didn't want anything extra to deal with. On the other end, I took off almost the entire strip, leaving only the piece just wider than the thread holding it on. This was done to give it additional strength and stop it from defraying. All seems to be working perfectly and I'll use these going forward. The quality far surpasses the ones you get at Walmart/grocery stores. Review: these things are no lie - I needed an 'ace bandage' for my leg that I could use and re-use for compression under my brace, long-term. I've been through a couple different brands over the last couple of years -- these 'Raven Wraps' are something else altogether. AMAZING. And I know, you're thinking, 'it's an ace bandage, not rocket science, how good could this really be?' If you've had to use something like this for anything more than a day or two, you know. If you're like me, and you've been using them daily for over two years, you've probably run into some good products and some bad products. You know the pitfalls of off-brand ACE bandages -- that sounds silly, typing it, but it's a mistake you only have to make once. But for real. These are better than the original, and I can say that with some confidence. The material is very sturdy; the weave is solid and consistent; the stretching is even; the velcro is one-piece, reliable; the bandage doesn't fray; the color is, well, 'sexy' is the wrong word for medical supplies, but you get it. These will perform great, they'll hold up under duress, they'll apply good compression, and they'll last you for a long time. Can't say enough good things, and, like I said, I've been in this game for long enough to know what I'm talking about here. Buy these. You won't regret it.

The material is good tho, threfore two stars
Totally over priced for what it is. It's shorter than described, you can' stretch it to 16+ feet long, the end closers don't work so well at all. I'm using it as knee support when playing tennis and it falls off all the time. The material is good tho, threfore two stars.

Tight.
Okay, It's not the products fault but it's sooOoO hard to breathe with this thing on. I bought it for a Xmas costume, I needed to bind my chest but it wasn't worth it.

Great wrap for a change from the plain boring wraps!!
We love these wraps! My husband has an injury to his left hand, that he feels the need to keep covered so that others don't see what his injury looks like. He keeps a wrap on at all times. Recently we took a mini-vacation and the hotel that we stayed at had an indoor pool. We were a little nervous about him wearing the wrap in the pool as you could smell the high chlorine content in the air. Well, the wrap held up, and didn't lose any noticeable coloring. The wrap also holds up to my husband taking his wrap on and off many times a day (out of nervous habit, and nothing to do with the wrap) He gets a lot of wear out of these wraps, and they are not babied at all. I would highly recommend these wraps to anyone! Btw, there is a velcro type closure on both ends of the wrap, so when the end does start wearing, you can use it from the other "fresh" end.

Excellent customer service! Extremely responsive.
I ordered two of these with expedited shipping but they did not arrive on time. I contacted RavenWrap and a real person responded within an hour. After further research by RavenWrap the shipping delay was carrier related due to severe winter weather. Even though my inconvenience was nothing RavenWrap could have prevented or controlled they still refunded the cost of the wraps and shipping AND let me keep the wraps. I can confidently recommend purchasing anything from RavenWrap knowing that they will go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction with their products and the entire purchasing experience.

look no further this is the best wrap.
OMGOSH!!!!!! look no further this is the best wrap..I should know Ive been wrapping both my legs (circulatory issues) for 3 years now and have tried all the wraps on the market along with compression up to 50/60 which is the highest I've found and still no success...then I came across ravenwrap ok not only are they strong durable reuseable (perk) they look good (major perk).Every night when I unwrap my legs they now look like normal legs instead of baby watermelons for calves..I'm not exaggerating you really need to try these.
