Well known brand, don’t taste particularly bad, effective and good value for money. As they are the “instants” version they still have the 2mg of Loperamide in each dissolvable tablet but with the added bonus of not having to swallow them, they just dissolve on your tongue pretty much the moment you put it in your mouth. I prefer these to the normal Imodium tablets, exactly as effective but easier to take

This is one of those medicines you hopefully don't use very often but when you need it nothing else I've found works as effectively. I was recently on safari in Kenya and the dreaded Delhi Belly struck fortunately I had my Immodium and they saved the day. These instants are so convenient, you can just carry them in your pocket or bag and pop one or two in your mouth to dissolve at any time. They are a bit pricier than some alternatives but it's not worth quibbling over pennies when you need to trust the product.
