does this kit include the new replacement container or just the shipping box to return for recycleing?

It includes the the new replacement container, the box and shipping tape, styroform, and a hard plastic airtight container to hold the old recycling container (no more plastic bags). It does not include a mailing label. You get that from Solmetex directly after you fax them your receipt.

If we run bleach in the line will we be compliant still?

Bleach does not remove Mercury. Bleach may damage or destroy the metal mesh basket in this separator or the regular solids collector.

Does it come with recycle kit?

Yes. It came with the full Solmetex recycle kit. We were very pleased.
