These were recommended by my Naturopath for my allergies. Previously I was using Benadryl and Claritin (generics). I kept trying to get off the over the counter anti-histamines due to having several side effects and finally I discovered these. I take four or five a day and keep them handy. They work best if you anticipate and don't wait until you're miserable. I have been taking these for about a month in heavy allergy season and haven't had an antihistamine since. On really heavy pollen days I supplement with a nasal spray but I prefer that to popping the OTC pills with all their side effects so I'm making it work.

Reputable brand making quality supplements. If you're having a histamine intolerance this is an absolute must.

Ho cominciato a sanguinare dal naso e ha sentirmi terribilmente stanco . Eppure la quercetina mi ha fatto bene anche con prodotti low cost. Poi scopro il biossido di silicio, lo stesso componente che in altri prodotti mi ha causato lo stesso problema. Eliminatelo. È molto pericoloso.

The product itself is really good, one of the best I have found. Unfortunately when I went to purchase some more last week I discovered the price had gone up by £20 in just 3 weeks since my previous order!!! I eventually found 'Tulip BioPharma' that also don't add loads of extra crap to their capsules, and is less than half the price. It also works just as well.
