Shipping to the US will require additional costs.
The lamp is great. I did not see anyplace that spoke about customs charges. This was there response: ou have purchased this device from Amazon UK. When the order is imported to the USA, the US local customs will charge import duty during its customs clearance. During your Amazon checkout, it only allows you to pay for the delivery costs (from the UK to the USA) and this cost does not include any duty/tax. I hope this information helps.
