I have purchased this kit of 40 generic replacement blades to optimize the costs of consumables in my continuous workflow with vinyls. Buying spare parts in large batches is the smartest strategy if you work with abrasive materials that wear out the edge quickly. 30° Blades (Yellow Cover): Excellent for ultra-fine materials such as dye transfer paper (sublimation), vinyl for windows or delicate films. Its flat angle distributes the pressure smoothly. 45° Blades (Red Cover): The standard of battle. They have an impeccable edge retention in textile vinyl (HTV), permanent adhesive vinyl and lightweight cardboard up to 65 lb. The cut is clean in straight corners. 60° Blades (Blue Cover): Essential for dense and thick materials such as EVA rubber, flexible magnet, thick cardboard (80-110 lb) and flocked vinyl (flocked or glitter). The long tip penetrates without dragging the material. Keep in mind: As they are compatible tungsten/carbide alloy blades at a fractional cost, the individual durability is slightly lower than the original of the brand (15-20% less useful life per piece on hard cardboard). However, with 40 units in the package, the cost per cut is still drastically lower, allowing you to change the tip as soon as you notice the slightest drag without affecting your budget. The stem fits millimeterly into the original housing without jams or slack in the inner bearing. An excellent mass supply kit for continuous production.

Great value for 40 blades. Sharp and work well with my Cricut Maker 4. Easy to change out, too. They come in a little case for storing them. I recommend these.

These are great for the price. You will need to change them more often than the Cricut brand, but I don't use my Cricut enough for it to be a problem.
