Great for drip irrigation
If you are handy then this is the perfect product to convert a sprinkler head into a multiport source for irrigation. I tapped into a pop up sprinkler head that was behind a small garden. I then added 1/4” drip irrigation tubing and drip heads to cover the needs of my garden. Works great.

Individual port adjustments simplified (8 port heads)
There seems to be a common complaint about the adjustment screws being easy to break or otherwise difficult to use. I have solved that problem! A 3/32” Allen wrench fits inside the fitting exactly. No screwdriver ever needed. Screwdriver blades slip off easily and because the plastic is black it is hard to see to get the blade in the right place. I bought a 3/32” T-handle Allen wrench from Amazon for $1.62. Just search for 3/32 Allen wrench T-handle. It’s 12 inches long so really convenient to make adjustments. I have a dozen of these 8 port heads so this method is a major league convenience for me. All of my backyard drip irrigation is now above ground. No more digging and kneeling to make repairs. I love Orbit products. Photos added. The first one shows the 3/32 long handle Allen wrench from Eklind product code 51906. Available on Amazon for $1.62. The second photo shows a Dremel 3/16" pear shaped carbide grinding stone.. Also available from Amazon in a two pack for $4.95. The numerical product code is 84922. I have great difficulty slipping 1/4" tubing over the little green elbows on the 8 port manifold. I use this item to ream out the inside of the tubing slightly and it is just enough to make the connection much easier but still secure enough to stay in place.

Great Replacement Head
This solved the water flow issues that I have with an older version when I replaced some of the sprayers due to age and brakeage. I just couldn't get the water flow to get the same spray coverage out of the replacement sprayers until I replaced the old manifold with this one. It did the trick. I would recommend.

The best drip manifold so far
I got this to replace a broken manifold. I wish I had bought more to replace all of them. The tubing went on easy. The ports can be turned up for easier installation or to keep tubing from kinking if the manifold is under hanging pots. I will be buying more.

A great way to get water to 8 different plants or areas
This was the easiest way for me to install my small sprinkler lines to several flower pots and also several garden shrubs. I placed the manifold in a central area and then ran the lines to each plant, just covering the lines with the yard rock. Living in Arizona most yards are covered in gravel and not grass to conserve water. Would also work covering the lines with mulch. So much easier than having to dig trenches to lay pipe in. Bought it on sale so the price was great.

Really like the fully adjustable water flow to each outlet
I made a U style pipe system for this. I used a 6" x 1/2" riser from the head, then a 90 degree fitting and 4"x1/2" plastic riser, another 90 degree fitting and another 6" riser, another 90 degree fitting and finally a 1/2" to 3/4 inch garden hose adapter. I buried it about 4" deep to hold it upright. In the fall, I can simply pull it out of ground for winter storage.

Depends on how you're using them.
I am currently running 21 of these in a couple of grows. I've PURCHASED double that amount. That should pretty much tell you my thoughts. If you run SUPER filtered re-circ material, then maybe they're great. But honestly, if you're prefiltering to the level that these require, you're probably using a much better manifold system than these. Don't get me wrong. They're pretty darn good, but the do, and will require regular maintenance. And you do, and will receive some duds here and there. Air leaks, cracked housings, dead ports, finicky adjustment set screws, faulty screw in filters, you name it. So there's DEF some QC issues with these, but they're still the best low budget system on the market. I'd HIGHLY suggest using them with button style emitters and not adjustable sprinkler type emitters however. Ask me how I know

Orbit DripMaster 69000 8-Port Manifold, Adjustable Flow I purchased just one of these just to test it and try it out to see if its useful for my needs. I removed my 180degree rainbird sprinkler head and replaced it with this one. I purchased micro sprayers and tubing as well. When you install one port, the pressure is obviously high and one microsprayer gets a lot of coverage. but as you add more ports (all 8) the pressure of the water decreases to EACH sprayer (obviously). So you should make sure you plan well for them (spacing wise) Each port can be adjusted with a flat head screw driver (tighten it to close the port or loosen it to open up water to the port) Since then, i've purchased 3 more manifolds because these are great to split up a sprinkler to water very specific areas in your garden. My own application is to water specific areas of my vegetable garden so as to target the water and not overspray like the larger rainbird sprinkler heads.

In general the product is good. Some gaskets are licking and it requires product replacement

Works great for a drip or slow flow system. Love the adjustments for each line that can also be a shutoff.
