Is it too hard for neck area?

It is solid packed foam so it is very firm and very lightweight. We use the 5 and half inch diameter for leg work to help back and hips. Our opinion not based on input from PT, is that iour size would be too large and too firm for the neck area.

How do I get the ebook? I purchased the roller and there were no instructions on how to dowload the guides?

Didn't get instructions and ebook reference was not in the listing when I purchased. I just did a search on YouTube for foam roller exercises. Lots of videos there.
