Bee-Sure, I think has the best saliva ejectors. They're stiff instead of super flexible...better hold for retracting. Suction holes aren't too big so you don't suck up soft tissues(esp. the floor of mouth) like other styles.

They fit my Electrolarynx.
Don't have to worry about cleaning the old ones or buying from the OEM mfg. Picked these up and I just replace them as necessary. The Green color also make it easy to find it when misplaced.
