Product absolutely works.
Bought for use on my PS4 and after first use the games loaded up straight away. Very happy all round.

Didn't work for me......but that doesn't mean it won't work for you!
This arrived quickly and appropriately packaged. Unfortunately this didn't solve our issue, but that is not to say this wouldn't have solved another issue, just not ours.

Blu ray and cd player cleaners.
This cleaning disk does a good job of cleaing bluray player optic i also have the cd player optic cleaner from the same manufacturer it also works well. Be sure to select the one you need carefully because boxes very similar writing on box though.

Very bad experience and still a very bad product .
This was the replacement of the first awful product and delivery . The first had no hole in the nozzle for the liquid to come out of also the actual nozzle was loose in the bottle so if you squeeze the bottle it just pops out soaking you in heavens knows what . The disk of this one showed no marks like the first one sent but it simply does not work . Our system just could not read the disc . So no this isn't a good product very much the opposite plus twice Ive had a major cleanup ! Absolute rubbish . Unbelievable . Such a waste of time .

Did the trick
Done the trick. Used it on the Xbox to clean the disc reader as it's playing up a bit and is good now
