For the burgers, the Total Carbs is 5g, with Dietary Fiber being 3g, for a Diabetic/Net Care value of 2g of carbs.

This is an exceptionally fine food alternative for Keto and Diabetics, but I have asked the founder of the company to see if it's possible to reduce the Net Carbs any further in order to improve the product for both Keto and Diabetics who aim for 0g-5g carbs/day. Ideally, Keto is less than 30g/day but the best results for both Keto and Diabetics seems to be at around 5g or less per day. As always, body chemistry is as unique as DNA to each individual, which is why people discovered that they needed to move from 30g to even fewer each day in order to achieve their best results/state of health.

Can you use this in soups, meatloaf, chili...?

yes, absolutely but there is a way to do it. I've used it also as taco meat. However, with soups and chili you will need to cook all your vegetables first than add your seasoned already cooked (the way you like) beyond meat last, because you will need to let it cook for 5 minutes than turn off the burner let it simmer and cook for another 6-8 minutes. I hope this was helpful. Oh try the beyond Italian  sausage they are delicious a little spicy but good. :)

Hello I’m not sure of what is in it but they are very tasty vegan meat however if you go on YouTube there is a guy that goes by the name Sauce Stache he pretty much break down the science of what they possibly are putting into the Beyond meat product. I hope this helps
