These look good, quite classy, and the style is fine for our old house without being quite so expensive as actual period-design replacements. The grub screws that secure the knobs engage with a slot that tapers along the length of the spindle, which means that they can be fitted snugly to the door (whereas when grub screws engage with pre-drilled holes in a spindle, the fitting can end up a bit sloppy).

The product is fine, exactly what we were looking for, however one of the base plates which goes against the door was broken - more than likely damaged in transit by delivery rather than supplier. I will be ordering more though.

The door knobs are really attractive. They are sturdy and of a very high quality, also the gold trim adds class to this product. I bought a second set in case I need to replace I wanted to be sure I can still get these. I also bought the matching hand plate, they compliment each other. Please be aware that there are some cheaper ones being advertised on Line, at a glance they look the same, when I inspected the details closely I found the cheaper item was not identical and not all the parts are included. Excellent product and service.

Disappointed with these. They look ok but crack easily.

Good quality attractive looking doorknobs. Unfortunately latch slightly too big to fit our door. However seems a quality product and returns process was easy. Had they fit our door I would have been happy to keep. Would recommend.

Bought to replace broken victorian door knobs. Had to file 1mm off the centre spindle to fit correctly but they fit well and look good.

I bought a pair for every door in my house which came to roughly £150 but the joiner informed me I'd waisted my money as some can't be used. There are grub screws missing and others go around and around as they have lost thier thread. Iv now got odd handles and can't send them back as I have had them a while as was waiting for builders.

These are perfectly adequate handles
