Are there 10 sticks per or 20 per pack two different amounts in description

There are 12 separate packs, all of a different scent and 20 count per pack. I love them and each and every one are wonderful to smell in a room.

How natural are the scents(smell)?

The scents are good and they smell natural

The length of the incense is approximately 10 inches with a 3 inch stem. I use these all day everyday and love their aromas.
