I love this product! I started taking this to relieve nighttime leg cramps and it did that very well. After a few weeks, I noticed that my blood pressure went down to normal and I was able to discontinue my BP medication. This is awesome, as the BP medication had awful side effects and I am feeling so much better now. I never want to be without this, and have it on auto ship.

I felt like I needed more magnesium, so I decided to try this brand. As a senior, I really appreciate the slow extended-release formula-it's made a noticeable difference in my sleep. I am able to relax, feel calmer, and drift off more easily to sleep. Magnesium has also been helpful for leg cramps, which is another big plus. Overall, this has been a great product and I highly recommend it.

I was having some serious leg cramping, and self diagnoses said I needed some Potassium. First night after taking one of these and cramping is over. I continued to take one a night for the next few nights and there was zero leg cramps. I now only take about 1 a week and seems to keep the cramping at bay. I can't predict if it will work for you as well as it did for me. But I will continue to purchase this in the future.

Fast shipping, well packaged. Easy to swallow. I been using this vitamins for over a week now . I can feel the difference. I can take the vitamin before sleep without any food and I don’t get bloated or upset stomach. I try another brands and this one definitely my favorite so far. Although my blood pressure wasn't extremely high,and ond only elevated at the doctor's office, this supplement was helpful in lowering my blood pressure. I believe that it really was instrumental in giving me optimal blood pressure readings.

The Life Extension Potassium with Extend-Release Magnesium - really work for me and it helps me to feel better plus sleep. I was taking these because I am drinking R/O water and I felt I needed a supplement like Magnesium so I take only one at night and it helps me to sleep and feel more relaxed. I like the extended release because it slowly quick in and this is good for seniors.

I needed a similar potassium supplement to my prescription potassium. I had misplaced my prescription so needed some to carry through. They aren’t the high potency potassium I had thought. I didn’t read the details well enough. They helped a bit so I would at least get the supplement.

I am giving four stars, instead of five, for the following easily-fixable reasons: a) On the payments page, I was not able to delete the details of my previous payment cards. And though the current card remained clicked on as the one in use, I was not able to confirm it, and sure enough, I got an email saying that my payment had not gone through. But I was was given the option to 'Update' and all is now fine, hopefully. So, may be look into why that glitch happened and something can be smoothed out on that page. b) I would have preferred an SMS on the day of arrival, because with no indication of the time of delivery, I was left unable to plan my day for several days until all my parcels arrived. If I had no work-hours flexibility, this would have been more problematic for me. I am grateful, though, that Amazon was able to group together five of the seven items that I had ordered, into one delivery date. I received my sixth item today, with just one more item expected. So, with thanks for your efficiency, I leave you four stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Good supplement
