Helps you gently fall asleep
My husband and I both use these. It helps us gently fall asleep. We do wake up after a few hours though. Mid Nite used to have a stronger dose for all night sleep, but I can't find them anymore.

Best sleep aid I’ve ever used
I am very sensitive to medications and sleep aids - can feel depressed quite easily. This is IT - the one that works and doesn’t affect mood. Btw this four pack is a great deal.
