Great value so far
I recently purchased a Canon M50 MkII. I bought the camera for taking video. I find that most of the reviews of this camera don't seem to talk much (or at all) about that. More specifically, I take video of trains - both real and model railroads. After purchasing the kit with the 15-45mm lens, I quickly determined that the zoom end was not far enough out. I looked for other lenses for this model, and determined that there's not much. I like the camera, but the lack of lenses is a bummer. I saw this product. pop up in the list. I waffled on it for a few days, but finally thought that for $38 it was worth a try. I don't know that I could be happier with this thing so far - just got it yesterday. I have a couple of other Canon cameras, DSLRs I use for stills, so I already have a Canon 18-135mm ISTM lens. I mounted it to a tripod last evening with it's tripod mount and captured the only train from last night after I got trackside. I'm going to try to attach the video to my review. You will see the light is low, sunset was at 8:42 last night. The train came by at 8:35. I was hoping to get more in today, but so far it's a slow day on the rails. If I have more to add, I may update the review.

Works great, but not for heavier lenses!
I’m on my second adapter now and only have a few complaints. The overall performance and fit is great for the price, however I have not had one last longer than a year for me! For the price I can’t complain and accept that I may need to purchase a new one every year or so, but I am fairly rough on them. For the most part it lives on my M50 and will either have the sigma 24-70 f2.8 or canon 70-200 f2.8. Both of these lenses are super heavy compared to the M50 and put a ton of stress on the adapter! Every few months I take the adapter off and tighten the screws to ensure a tight fit, but after a while they just seems to loosen to the point they will cause noticeable cuts in iris control or just plain stop the recording. This has caused me some issues while shooting videos in higher stress environments and often prompt me to order a new one. However, when it comes to autofocus and lens control I have no complaints using canon glass or other brands such as sigma. I never noticed slow autofocus or any other issues! It’s great for the price, just won’t last forever!

Great adapter for the price !
I was very skeptical to buy an adapter especially non canon brand but this has worked so seamlessly and you hardly even notice it’s there. I don’t feel like it adds any extra weight and I haven’t had any image cropping issues with it. Occasionally it’ll say error but usually if I just turn off the camera turn it back on or disconnect it and reconnect it works fine. I think I just may need to clean it so that’s probably my bad not the adapters fault.

Perfect Fit
I've had this for a while. I haven't taken it on a real test drive, but I have thus far discovered no issues.

Read My Long review but worth every penny
Not tested yet on an eos m yet as still waiting for it to be delivered however all my ef Efs lenses fit on it great value compared to canon's ef to eos m adaptor which is massively over priced great little adaptor on a side note though if you have the money I would recommend get the viltrox ef to eos m2 as that has wide angle glass built in which is supposed to really boost the light intake when using ef lenses from what I know the m2 version doesn't support efs lenses that's the only drawback of the m2 I don't actually have an m2 adaptor yet and didn't have the cash to buy one as I spent it on an eos m camera so I can run magic lantern an unofficial semi custom firmware upgrade which will give me stable 10,000 frames of 2.5k raw video format video and about one minute of 4k animorphic 4k recording time I also intend to attempt to port magic lantern to the as yet unsupported canon 2000D that a very kind man donated to me brand new if I hadn't been looking for hacks for that camera I would never have stumbled on magic lantern firmware upgrade and would never have bought an eos m camera thanks to this adaptor and the fact I was quite lucky and got the eos m for £125 with an 18-55mm mirrorless kit lens I will be able to use my ef and efs lenses along side the one mirrorless lens that I now own again though if it's just ef lenses I are using if you have the cash I would seriously consider spending that bit extra for the m2 version however this is still needed if you like most people have a mixture of ef and efs lenses p.s if you are skilled with you canon mirrorless camera and it is one of the models that supports magic lantern I would seriously consider checking it out for me as a new camera user but with specific specialist requirements for a camera such as 360 panoramic hdri environment maps for use in 3d scene lighting and photogrammetry and videogrametry I'll be sticking with canon a viltrox speedbooster is a must buy for any mirrorless camera user who also has other lens types recommended to any eos m users just to broaden you lens range granted I can see this version maybe causing some light loss to the sensor due to it being an extender addon meaning the lens is further away from the sensor but that's a trade of you have to make if you want to be able to use various lens types that are compatible with the ef and efs range or other brand with whatever fitting to ef adaptor (will try this out but wouldn't reccomend d as it will push the lens even further away from the sensor overall a great little affordable and practical purchase for a budding semi pro/am specialist photographer and videographer

Adapter Makes DSLR Lens fit a Mirrorless Camera
This adapter does exactly what it's supposed to do - use DSLR lenses with mirrorless camera bodies. It's easy to attach and remove from the camera body so I can quickly change lenses as needed. This is a great investment.

great product for canon
Okay I used it to my m50 to add the 50mm lens and it is ok but it is not paired well with the body so there are some shocks ( I DO NOT KNOW IF THAT IS USUAL OR NOT)

Responsive and great adapter
It works so fast. Its slightly heavy as the adapter is made of some metal and its so sturdy. It works so well on my Canon M50 Mark 2
