Easy to install
Sturdy and good product. Super easy to install and is great all around!

I absolutely love these. Less waste and sturdy. That said, I will not put them in with new kids or goats less than 3 months old. I had a 5 week old jump in one and get hung she broke her leg and and another get its head stuck. So I use large buckets to feed the littles but my herd of 40+ use these daily.

Perfect!
Waiting for our three pregnant Ewes to deliver our first batch of lambs. The hay feeders are heavy duty, perfect for feeding mothers and young. Great product.

Needs to be Taller and Thinner
The construction is sturdy and it holds up well to weather. It doesn’t come with any mounting hardware. If you are attaching it to a wall, you may need to use washers because the holes are big. I wired it to a metal fence and it is holding up well. My adult Nigerian dwarf goats use it easily. The top opening is wider and it sticks out further from the fence than I would prefer. A flake of hay is taller than the rack and tends to jut towards you. This encourages the goats to try to eat off the top instead of through the sides.

Great feeder
I used this for my little goats. They have to work a little to pull the hay out so it doesn't end up on the floor of their shed. Easy to install.

baby goat got his head stuck.
Within minutes of hangin g this item, my baby goat got his head stuck...scared the he'll out of bothof us. Do not feelsafe leaving my goats alone with this item. Will be returning it.
