Superb finish, easy to use, but a bit cumbersome to clean
In short- this is a great piece of kit if like me, you're keen to get a really good finish as a DIYer. Is this a massive time-saver? I'd argue "no" for the average sized room. The speed of spraying is fast yes, but you have to spend a good amount of time preparing (i.e. masking). But when all is said and done, you have a finish with no brush strokes or roller marks and nice, even coverage. Once you've gotten used to it, it's easy to setup and use. The toughest part is making sure your paint is the right consistency. The rest is a case of fill the hopper, prime the system and away you go. The fact you can rotate the tip direction also means you can spray horizontally or vertically, which is great. Clean-up is a bit of pain, I'm not going to lie. I've resorted to emptying the remaining paint, then plugging it in down a disused corner of the garden and spraying until it runs clear from the line. Then just run some clean water through it a couple of times until it's clean and tidy. About 10 minutes all in all. Overall- a really good piece of kit for the price for a DIYer wanting a perfect finish. If your main reason for buying is to save time, I'd argue a sprayer isn't for you. But if you want a great finish without paying a pro- this machine is the way to go!

Easy to use
Takes a little time to master, but once achieved the finish is great. Only downside is the cleaning of the machine took me nearly 1/2 hour. I would highly recommend

Not fit for purpose.
Have used once and have now started the returns process. This spray gun is very poor quality — it leaks profusely, randomly stops working, and often spurts in the wrong direction. The additional photos provided showing a metal gun are incorrect, as the gun received is plastic.

Easy to use but not sure cost effective
After viewing a few videos and seems lack of review of the 150M , decided to give it a try. Ad I have just completed spraying a single bedroom 4 walls and the ceiling. Setting up is easy, you tube have a few and follow that can't be wrong. Good points, really easy to use, quick to coverage, tried non trade paints also OK.Im glad I did ad it is more economical. Just makes sure when water down it is not too thin. Bad Points: Paint holder is 5l and too small. Constantly filling up and mixing as it consume a lot of paint hence why not sure it is economical. To complete one coat of primer or paint of the room I need to mix twice and this is the smallest room in the house and it is not a mansion either! 7.5 L undercoat (Crown Contract Quick dry undercoat) x2 and 20L (more than 2/3 used) Dulux Silk Emulsion non trade DIY stuff). In comparison to rolling I it would use 30% less paint. Non able to adjust flow and fan width. (Although this is a selling point for ease of use) Overall I'm happy as this is a entry level spayer. If you planning. On small jobs this 150M is Great. If you are renovating a house I would suggest to consider the 250 range or up although this get more expensive on initial outlay but it is capable to get paint direct from tub although still need dilution.

No leaks....
I was worried about all the reviews I have read about leaks around the housing joint and hose. I did wonder if the leak was caused by tightening the hose to the machine without a second spanner, in other words in thighning the hose nut with one spanner and relying on the plastic housing to take the strain caused the damage? I did find that with two spanners (one held stationary on the machines collar nut, and rotated the hose nut) it took a lot more turns than expected, it seemed that the two flanges were malleable and in making the extra turns on the spanner helped seal the joint. I also noticed that during spraying on the odd occasion I did accident tread on the hose very close to the neck of the machine, this might cause damage or a weakness. My first impression was how quick it is to spray the walls, as can be seen from the time laps video (x15, 6mins). I only put about 2.5 litres in as a trial and ran out of paint half way through. My only problem was that as the room was sealed (windows and doors) the paint never dried, as it was very Humid, so when I did a second coat the paint ran down the walls in places. It was my first attempt, I also think I put too much paint on the walls (should have been quicker). I did leave the machine loaded with paint overnight (sprayed some water in the paint reservoir) and dropped the spray head in a bucket of water. The following day, a quick stire of the paint and a quick wipe down of the spray gun and off we went with no problems. Note: I did dilute the paint with about 10% of water.

started off so well!
I had an issue with it leaking from the spray nozzle at first when testing with water, but there’s a small plastic washer that needs inserting which the instructions didn’t mention! once that was in and i’d used a spanner to tighten hose all was good for the first two evenings of painting. 5 minutes into the third use it died on me. turning it on it just makes a very quiet buzzing sound, but the pump doesn’t kick in at all. shame because it was great when it worked. trying to organise a replacement but amazon won’t let me exchange it for another one, they just keep offering an exchange for books which is random.
