Worth considering…
I was super skeptical about how comfortable these would be. One is tolerable though, and two stacked on top of each other is certainly adequate. They’re lightweight, and retain some warmth, easy enough to carry around. Again, if you’re hung up on sleeping pad options, these are worth a consideration, especially if doing car/campground camping. Might be a bit bulky for some backpack campers to pack around…?

BEST CCF Pads you can get! Buy two! You can use the 1st for the rest area, and 2nd for your chair, on the ground, or near a fire. I've bought this item twice. 1st set has been amazing and I have had over 1 year and used 40+ times in harsh conditions - it survives and is looking well! The only reason I'm buying a 2nd set is because I love them so much, and maybe someone else might need one while out on a trip! Size is great, could fit in 55+gal pack if necessary depending on bug out, but you can always attach to outside of the pack. Will keep you infinitely warmer opposed to not owning one! Do not hesitate to purchase. #TOP15 ITEMS ON A COMFORTABLE, YET CASUAL DISPERSED CAMPING EXPERIENCE #MIchiganOutdoorsAdventure YT :) ~ M-N-F, MI

Great customer service
This thing is light, that's the only good thing I can say about it. I took this backpacking over the weekend and took this pad to save some weight, which it did. However it was not comfortable at all, offering very little cushion under my sleeping bag. I guess if you happen to find a perfect campsite with a nice mossy or grassy spot to set up on, this pad may do the trick to keep the moisture off you. If there's any hard pack dirt under your sleeping area, you'll know about it. Ill definitely be going back to using a higher end inflatable pad. This may be a good supplemental pad for going under an inflatable, but I'll probably wind up cutting this pad up to make seat cushions to bring camping. All in all my opinion is to either put this under an inflatable, or just spend the extra money for a reputable inflatable, a good night's rest is worth every penny. *UPDATE* - after seeing my review the company contacted me and offered me a refund or replacement product free of charge thinking it may have been defective. They also let me keep the original. I opted for the replacement, which is no better than the first, but I will still use it to put under my inflatable pad. The customer support for this company is top notch though so I've updated this review to 4 stars.

As a backpacker and travelled I think...
I’m about 6’3” and 170 pounds. The length of larger size fits me with no issues at all. Since the product is coated with silver, I do feel the warmth compared to my other product that doesn’t have it. It’s super lightweight, it has these stretchy strings that keep product closed and it even comes in a mesh bag to travel easier. I’ve taken this to backpack in Portland, Yosemite, Angeles National Forest, Chicago on my friends floor during my visit and now once a week I sleep on the floor to straighten my back and it’s comfy. Overall I’m super satisfied with this product and glad I paid the $30 (minus 10% coupon for prime) for it. I was initiated looking at the Z-lites and it’s about $45-$50, but after reading the reviews on this, I’m glad I bought this. I’ll be looking for my to supply my backpacking crew. Thank you!!

Game changer!
These are amazing when it comes to camping. They help keep the cold air from the ground and/or air mattress from seeping in the bottom of our sleeping bags and are comfortable.

Prevents feeling small lumps in the ground (good) but not what I would call comfortable.
Does a decent job for the price, probably the best you can hope for if you prioritize lightweight, non-inflatable, and price, but I hoped it would be a little more comfortable. An inch or two of memory foam type material on the top layer would have gone a long way (but would make it bulkier and heavier certainly.) I tried a similarly priced (cheap) inflatable pad and I prefer this over that. However if I were planning to use this a lot, I would end up spending 2-3x more for a more comfortable pad. I can't comment on durability. the folding sections are pretty thin and I could see them tearing eventually, but I have no evidence of that happening after one use.

Just like Therm-a-rest
Just like the Therm-a-rest brand but 1/2 the price.

Perfect sleeping mat
These are easy and light to pack up and take camping. Good for cold weather by putting the silver side towards your body. Very comfortable. Can also use under an inflatable sleeping mattress during cold weather camping.

I've had this camping several times now. I do canoe camping so go pretty hardcore into the bush and this has withstood many miles of wilderness journeying. It is light and gives you just enough cushion to make sleeping a dream.

My kids use all the time. Not comfy, not warm, but durable and you get what you pay for. Decent summer pad.

This works great when used with another pad. I would not recommend it for use as a single.

Used this to help pad a camp cot. Didn’t feel the metal braces which was great. Very light weight wish it was a little thicker. Good price I don’t like blow mattresses so this was an option

Mat received is 21.5" wide. Slightly former than a Nemo switchback. Haven't used yet, but still probably a good option.
