What type of gelatin is used?

Don’t know, added it to a hot cocoa gift pack, but did not look at ingredients.

Is the gelatin made from beef or pork?

The manufacturer states that these are not made with pork gelatin, so we assume it is from a beef source.

How long do these last once opened?

We keep them in a tight seal plastic container so we can keep them for a few months. They can get pretty gooey but the flavor is still good.
