They're small and simple, but exude quality. VERY well made and strong. Have them on two different bikes.
Have two sets of these installed on different bikes. They are VERY well made and finished, not like some roughed-out, bent piece of metal, but they are just plain quality (and I don't give a lot of reviews like this, only when something stands out and needs to be praised). These are strong and rigid, able to hold down about anything (within reason) and do it safely. For the price, they're an excellent anchor point for tie downs that doesn't mar your bars, or break controls from slipping hooks. Well worth the money in this day and age of cheap, breakable, Chinese crap (no offense..., just how it is).

Simple but brilliant!
I was apprehensive due to the pictures (they looked a little thin), but these are some very stout rings. They are made of a heavy gauge stainless steel. Definitely not worried about bending them. Don't waste your time trying to find something similar at the hardware store - you won't. I know because I looked. Wish I had discovered these years ago. So much easier than hooks or soft loops over the bars! Worth every penny!

Used for front kayak tiedown
Used these mounted to some ditch light brackets to tie down kayaks and SUPs without the old style straps that tear up your paint. Works great. Should be rated for plenty of load.

A Must For All Motorcycles That Get Tied Down!
If you ever have had to tie your motorcycle down to transport it, I bet you used your handle bars to attach the tie down hook. Then, when you untie your motorcycle, you notice scratch marks all over you handle bars from the metal hooks... Sometimes I have also seen other riders who mess up their throttle or clutch cables because they accidentally get the metal tie down hook on top of the cable instead of the handle bar. Now there is a better way. By installing Tie Down Strap Rings on the fork clamp you get a very secure anchor point to attach the tie down hook. Installation is very simple and takes about three minutes to complete. Once installed they are out of the way and add almost no weight to your motorcycle. These rings are pretty thick and made from stainless steel. I have had these installed on each my 3 motorcycles for about 4 years now. When I transport my motorcycles, I crank the ratcheting tie down straps down very tight. None of the Tie Down Strap Rings have shown any sings of bending or cracking. Also, in the 4 years they have been installed, none have shown signs of rust. All in all these are a great way to tie down you motorcycle and the price is pretty good at less then $10. The photos below show the Tie Down Strap Rings installed on my Suzuki DRZ400S. -Steve

Good quality! Makes using tie downs easier.
Good quality! Makes it easy to tie down as I do not have to loop over the handle bar and cables. The only complain if any is that one of the rings inner diameter is slightly less by a few micro millimeters. I can tell as the hooks of my tie downs go nicely through one of the ring, but I have to push it quite firmly through the other one. Otherwise it would have been a 5-star review.

Originals and still the best!
Love these little things, Iโve put them on several bikes and usually try to take them off when I sell them. Makes trying down a bike way easier, especially when you have lots of things on your handlebars. These are the originals and the best!
