Game-Changer for My Home Office Setup!
Iโve been working from home full-time since COVID, and investing in this adjustable keyboard tray has been one of the best decisions Iโve made for my workspace. I sit at my desk for 8+ hours a day, and before getting this tray, I was constantly battling wrist pain and poor posture. Installation was surprisingly easyโtook about 20 minutes, and the instructions were clear. The tray feels super sturdy and well-built and I can slide it in and out to find the perfect position. It easily accommodates my full-size keyboard and mouse with room to spare. Since installing it, Iโve noticed a huge difference in my comfort levels. My wrists feel much better, and my shoulders arenโt as tense at the end of the day. It really helps me maintain a more natural, ergonomic position while typing. If you work from home and spend a lot of time at your desk, this tray is 100% worth it. Itโs a small change that makes a big difference. Highly recommend!

Sturdy and flexibile in how to mount so you can get the most out of your keyboard tray.
I had previously bought a VIVO Large Keyboard tray. The nice thing about it is that it clamps onto the desk/table. That's basically only the nice thing about it. It was very limited in how much space there was for items on the tray. The table I have has a thick edge, so that left very little space for items to be put on the tray. While it fit a keyboard, it wouldn't even fit a regular-sized mouse. I then became interested in this one, and while I didn't want to get one where I had to attach it to the underside of the desk/table, I bit the bullet. I had only measured the width of the keyboard tray to make sure it would fit underneath my table, but my table was slightly oddly shaped as well as having a thick edge. I had not actually taken a look on the underside of the table to see where I would mount the tray, so after starting to mount it, I realized the flat area was just slightly too narrow for the tray. However, fortunately, the L-shaped mount could be facing in instead of facing out... So even with some limitation to the width, I was able to install it successfully. Then, I realized the tray did not pull out as much as I would like due to the thick edge of the table. But again, I found due to the flexibility of installation, the mounts could not be moved closer to the edge, but the tray could be installed to be closer to the edge. So now, I can pull out the tray to the full extent. And then back to the original reason I wanted to replace the VIVO keyboard tray, this tray is adjustable how much room you want to allow for items on the tray, so I set the tray to the lowest position. It may actually be too low now (so I may adjust it to one position higher)... But it's nice to know I have all this flexibility! The photo is showing the limited flat space I have underneath the surface to install the tray. You can see how on the left side, I'm reversing the mount so that the L-shaped mount is facing inside instead of facing outside like on the right side of the tray. Also, you'll see that the left leg of the table is actually blocking where the back mount would be installed, but with this keyboard tray, there's complete flexibility where to install the mounts, so actually on the left side, I installed the two mounts right next to each other instead of one in the front and one in the back. Still extremely stable! Great job in its design!

Actually wide enough but with a dumb tray topper
This was one of only a few trays I could find that were actually wide enough for me. It easily fits my keyboard and mouse. I assumed no one else made a wide one because of stability, but this is super stable. Hardly any flex at all. Not sure why there aren't more this wide. I use it for work and gaming and it does fine for both (see the cons below for some caveats, it wasn't perfect out of the box). The mechanism to slide in and out seems to work fine, but I don't use it much. Adjusting up and down and tilt is kind of clunky and awkward but once you get it where you want it you never have to touch it again so it really doesn't matter. Once it's in place, everything is solid, no movement at all. The optional mounting brackets worked great to go over a big beam under my desk. There were no problems mounting. Cons: 1. The tray is shallow. 9 inches or so (regardless of what the diagram shows, 9 is about what you get). I have a little split ergonomic keyboard that is wide but shallow so I have no problems. If you have a full sized keyboard, it's going to be a squeeze. 2. It has an integrated wrist rest that is hard and annoying. I don't want it for my mouse and I'd rather use my own rests for my keyboard. You can remove it (three screws underneath), but the pad is specifically cut for it so you'll have this lip where the pad ends. You wouldn't want a keyboard or wrist rest to straddle that space. I ended up buying some materials and cutting my own custom topper that fit. I'm really happy with the result, but it was a project that you really shouldn't have to do. 3. The ridiculous topper/pad. I nearly didn't buy this tray just because of the silly tribal scorpion. If you're a 12 year old gamer kid, I bet it's super awesome. If you're not, it's just ugly. The fact that I had to debate buying what was clearly the best tray for my needs because of a decal is frustrating. I can't understand why the company wouldn't offer a plain black topper, it would be super easy to do and open up their market significantly. I ended up making my own pad eventually, but people shouldn't have to do that. 4. Not a huge deal, but the knob to adjust the tray angle and height sticks out really far (like 5 inches). It's pretty easy to bang your knee on it. Why they didn't make it shorter is beyond me. I may eventually figure out a way to cut it. Despite the cons, I'm very happy with the final result. I've used a few trays (pre-covid I had a work-provided one at my office), and this one is at least as solid as they were. The width is perfect for me and the height/angle adjust gives me plenty of posture flexibility to tune it for my personal ergonomics. If only they had taken the money they spent on giving you an unnecessary high-quality screwdriver and put it into more tray topper options, I would have given it 5 stars.

Works great on an antique roll top desk โ no modifications needed
I work from home and wanted to turn my antique roll top desk into something functional for daily use. I bought this because the listing said it fits different desk types, and I went in assuming I'd have to sacrifice the top drawer or take off the cabinet door to make it work. Neither turned out to be necessary. It installed cleanly and works beautifully with the desk as-is. The only adjustment I made was adding a 1/4" washer to give the mount a little extra clearance โ a two-minute fix with a part I already had. If you have an older desk with drawers or doors and you're worried about compatibility, this is worth a try. It preserved everything I didn't want to give up.

Does most of what you'd want.
I purchased this with the same manufacturer's L shaped desk. This will fit wonderfully if you don't plan on mounting it at an angle. I needed it at an angle though because my monitor is wall mounted in the corner above the desk though. In the end I mounted the slide rail backwards with one of the "rear" feet turned to the side at the front so it would allow it to be functional despite not being the intended mounting. This allowed me to get 2 screws through each foot into the desk (also advise drilling pilot holes for the screws so they don't plow out the top of your desk.) I'm confident that if I had mounted the unit parallel to the desk that it would have cleared the bracing under the desk as the manufacturer intended. If you are purchasing this to mount to a desk that isn't made by this manufacturer I'd advise doing a mockup before attempting to mount a single thing so you can send it back if needed. The nylon sliders make enough drag to keep the tray from sliding while gaming but allow low resistance when you slide the tray back under the desk for stowage between uses. It is reasonably stout in its construction and can handle a decent amount of weight though I wouldn't try to support a 4yr old on it. It will definitely support the weight of whatever keyboard and mouse/trackball setup you are using and should offer a reasonable service life. You receive extra sliders in the hardware kit so you can replace the first set of worn ones should you finally wear them out. The wrist rest also functions as a stop to keep the keyboard from sliding off the shelf if you happen to set it at more steep of an incline. The unit is slightly overpriced for what it is and the fact you have to assemble most of it yourself and the directions are not the most descript. It is still a solid option if you're in the market for a sliding keyboard tray that's wide enough to house a mouse as well.

Exactly as you imagine itโฆjust 40% worse.
Like the other reviews mentionedโฆ 1. screws are inordinately cheap: the head strips instantaneously. 2. Waay too small for most any ergonomic keyboard (my Kinesis gaming w wrist supportsโI canโt use withoutโ hangs off both edges). For whatever reason, the dimensions seem huge but there still no room for my mouse (partly due to next point). 3. Rocks like an earthquake when typing since only supported in the middle. Have to keep my keyboard directly centered, not leaving much room for the mouse. The carbon fiber looking keyboard tray is a cheap, thin piece of particle board. In general, quite disappointedโdo not understand the ratings here. I disfigured my desk trying to install itโฆplus it comes in seemingly 30 pieces, so huuge hassle to return. I will try it out to see if I can make it work and relieve the pain in my lower right back from reaching for the mouse, but not super hopeful and expecting to return a box of rattling parts to Kohls in a week. Mostly disappointed in myself for throwing good money after bad. Iโd say itโs worth 60 USD topsโฆif that. Certainly not the asking price. Update after two months: Despite all the above still being absolutely true, two months in the unit still functions. The rocking isnโt great, but itโs possible to adjust the tray so itโs essentially atop your knees and is tolerable. Ergonomic keyboard placement is still precarious at bestโgoing to try out the CloudNine Ergo TKL when it gets in to see if it fits any better before I consider attempting removing the trayโs integrated palm rest (which is VERY well glued in place). If the palm rest were easily detachable, Iโd give it one more star. The tray is useable and still functions two months of working from homeโand feels like it will stay that way, but the shoddy quality of materials used, rocking back and forth, and non-removable palm rest keeps my rating at three stars. Is there something better out there? Probably

Simple Install, Impressively Sturdy, Customizable
This tray is fantastic. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I just don't think that i'll get to that point. I'll go into a bit more detail. Comfort: This tray is very comfortable. It is very easy to adjust. Adjusting this tray is all done via one knob, which is located under the tray. This knob is the only problem that i have with this tray. This knob allows for the entire tray to be adjusted to fit your needs, which is incredibly simple to use. The problem is not with the ease of use, it's with the location. When i slide this tray over my lap and then i slide my body under the tray, this knob resides exactly where my knee wants to be. Disregarding this unfortunate placement, this tray is extremely comfortable, and even offers some limited negative tilt (which i prefer)! At first, i was concerned by the method that the tray slides back and forth, which is just some sliding plastic on metal rails. After using it for a while, it occurred to me that the design was simple on purpose. It is not easy to slide, which keeps the tray in place without requiring a locking mechanism. This allows me to slide the tray in and out without adjusting any knob, but also keeps the tray in place unless i want to move the tray! Sturdiness: This tray is very sturdy. I am the kind of person that leans on the keyboard and slams on the keys (from learning to type on a typewriter), and this tray doesn't even budge when i type on it. It feels like i'm typing on a desk! It allows for multiple movements, which do not affect the sturdiness of the tray. This tray is incredibly sturdy. I speak about how i mounted it in the next paragraph. Easy To Install: This entire tray was not difficult to install. The tray arm assembly can come out of the rail itself, which makes installing the rail underneath very simple. I installed this using the standoffs, as i have a very complicated situation on the underside of my desk. There are actually more orientations under the desk than are advertised, as there are extra holes in the rail! this made it so the very limited space that i had under my desk could be effectively utilized. I would recommend pre-drilling some pilot holes in your desk to ensure that assembly is easier, but other than that this was a breeze.

Plenty of space, adjustibility, and stable.
Installation With the desk I purchased Vitesse 55 inch Gaming Desk I was limited on what type of keyboard tray I could install. As the desk supports go right across the middle as well as front and back. This tray was very easy to install and fit perfectly on my desk when using the included mounting brackets. Though I did have to attach the bracket in a different location that the instructions indicated to avoid the center support rails, but it seemed as though they had this location as an option. There are pre-drilled holes in the location I needed to use. Use It has been around one month now since I have been using this and so far it is still working great. It does flex down a little on the left or right depending on how much weight you put on the tray when resting your hands. It is very minimal and does not seem like it will cause any long term issues. The pros in my eyes are the large tray which supports my gaming keyboard and mouse. The stability, adjustability, and the ability to put the tray away under the desk. The adjustability of this is fantastic. Up, down. left, right, tilt forward and tilt back. It should be easy to find the location that is most comfortable for you. The way this tray feels, it seems as it should last for quite some time, especially how the tray locks in position. What I am trying to say is that it seems very solid. It slides easily with a little bit of force in and out as well as the swivel left and right. It is a little stiff, but this is how you want it. As you do not want it to move on you when typing. The cons as I see them are also how it locks in position. It is not the easiest to use to adjust the height and angle. As it is a knob you have to loosen and tighten. It is not that difficult, but it a little cumbersome as you need to adjust the tray with one hand then tighten it in the location you want with the other. The location of the knob is not in the most ideal location. For me it seems a quick and easy spring loaded mechanism would be quicker and easier. My other issue I have is when the tray is in the stored position under the desk. Because I had to use the included mounting brackets to avoid the support rails, it sits quite low. I have difficulty having space for my legs under the desk while it is in this position. I understand why this is the case and has more to do with the desk thank the tray. Overall I really like this product and would definitely recommend and would make this purchase again if needed in the future. I am a touch critic when it comes to reviews, as I rarely give 5 stars unless it is far beyond my expectations. At the same time I do not give out 1 star reviews often unless it is warranted. Granted I do give them out more than 5 star reviews.

Works, but is not smooth
The good: * Sturdy * Extra wide and can have a Logitech G613 gaming keyboard with enough space left for my mouse. * wrist rest is nice and firm The bad: * the slider mechanism (or a lack of) is terrible. once assembled,it's difficult to pull the tray out or push it in. this is because id doesn't actually run on a ballbearing slider mechanism. it's just metal on a metal rail so with the weight of your hands, keyboard, mouse and weight of the tray it makes it difficult to slide it in and out. I'm still keeping it as it's really wide and I can deal with difficulty in pushing or pulling but others might be put off by it.

Perfect solution for my sit stand desk
This product was purchased with some caution. However, it comes packaged with extra braces and screws for different types of desks. I was hesitant and concerned it would not fit my Sit Stand desk as it has a massive mount in the middle with the powerpack. This suits it perfect, and it holds a lot of weight at 3kg and is big enough for an extra large keyboard and large ergonomic trackball. I love how it fits, and it easily slides under my desk. The only negative drawback is that the twist lock is rather tight and springs up very quickly and if you are too slow you can get your fingers caught in the top. i just gently hold the front of the table and I can adjust it quickly.
