Rugs America KG100A Runner, 2'6" x 10', Black

Bryony resembles an exquisite French Antique Aubusson Savonnerie Rug. The colors are mainly beige and taupe that looks silvery in the sunlight and darker at night. It has small splashes of wine, teal and salmon at the flowers. This rug is sculptured as good as the handmade wool Aubusson carpet I once had from Iran. Even the swirls are finely cut all the way around in fine detail of each edge. But being polypropylene, this rug will be easier to live with, no worrying about staining it. No having to send it off to be cleaned at an oriental rug cleaner at great expense either. I don't know how Rugs America did it, but they crafted a mass-produced rug as gorgeous as anything handmade. The fine denier of the yarns are like finest of French needlepoint rugs. Remarkable.

This rug is gorgeous! It is soft and thick and expensive looking. The colors are more vibrant than in the picture on Amazon, but if you look at it from an angle, they look more faded (like in the photo) because of the pile/texture/sheen. That gives it a luxurious and shabby chic look. I absolutely love it! We have two sets of covers for our couch and loveseat - one is light blue, the other beige and the rug looks great with either color. It's a lovely cream/ivory, beige, a little bluish/teal-ish, and a tiny bit of wine. Maybe It's the lighting, but it looks better in person than it does in all the pictures. But I posted them anyway in case they help anyone get a better idea of what it looks like. To me it was worth every penny!

It's a very pretty rug. Prettier than the picture. But mine came damaged because the plastic was not wrapped around it well and so I am returning it.

Loved the rug, very pretty. But, have to say I didn't notice the headline says oval and the picture is rectangular. I thought I was purchasing a rectangular area rug but it still works as an oval.

Xavier's 2X4' area rug is absolutely beautiful and far more intensely colored than the rather washed-out photo implies. It's a traditional rug as at home in Grandma's house as in a modern setting. The flowery pattern is gorgeous and the rug has a wonderfully sculpted texture and rich pile (half an inch maximum) that looks fantastic and feels great on your bare feet. I've put this rug on my side of the bed, but my husband stomps across it in his shoes to get to his side and the rug stays pristine with just a light vacuuming because it's polypropylene and able to stand up to high traffic areas as well. With its multiple colors - cream, blue, and maroon-ish details - it looks good in almost any setting and works as an area rug anywhere from foyer, to bath, to bed, to home office. I absolutely love it.

This indeed a very nice rug. When I unwrapped the package it would not lay down properly and even overnight still wouldn't lay down.I hung it up and three days later I was rewarded with it laying down perfectly and looking beautiful. It feels substantial and seems to be well made. I believe that it will wear well. Will it be an heirloom? Not bloody likely but you're looking for good quality area rug at a reasonable cost this will undoubtedly fit the bill.
