I used Gorilla wood glue for an entirely different use than it is intended for. My dog LOVES, to pull apart his stuffed toys. He's an expert at it. If he sees one , tiny, loose thread the toy is a gonner. I bought him a lamb chops for Easter and a few minutes later lamb chops needed serious back surgery. Going through options how to fix it i knew my options were small and unlikely to keep lamb chops together. So I came up with a feasible plan. Sew him back together AND glue the seam. Long story short most glues would work but I wanted something safe and waterproof. This glue is TOP notch quality. I sewed the seam, then applied a thin layer of glue to cover the stitches and seam. I let it dry the recommended 24 hrs and it dried up firm and stiff. As you can see, I videoed the culprit IN action. My dog has been pulling on one loose end of the glue that's not flat and he's been working on it non stop when he has the toy and the entire seam of glue is STILL in tact. . Does it look nice on the toy? Not really. Hind sight it could've glued something cute on top of the glue strip but not a big deal. I'm extremely impressed that my dog can pull on the glue and it does not affect the glue at all. I'm impressed that it is non toxic unlike super glue and it saved lamb chops from going into the trash. If it works this well on flimsy fabric, then I have no hesitation to use it for important items, wood gluing, etc.

This glue is an all around great product. The 18 Oz bottle is huge and an amazing value at this price. I was surprised at how quickly it begins to dry. It really holds the pieces in place in a very short time. I apply pressure and hold the pieces together for maybe 30 seconds (possibly less) then the glue takes over and they stay put while the glue dries. I'm able to begin working with the material after a few minutes. In an hour or so it's practically unbreakable and the next day the wood is stronger than it was to begin with. It's no problem at all to clean up and it peels right off my fingers. (that kinda reminds me of 2nd grade and covering my hands with paste and peeling it off... Ahhh I loved that paste... Do they even use paste anymore?...ohhh but there's nothing like the smell of a warm ditto fresh off the the little ditto machine... But I digress) So, this glue is exceptional and a tremendous deal. Don't think twice....buy it.

Much more glue than I thought there would be. Still, it worked well enough for my class years ago. It worked well enough for my personal projects. It doesn’t dry very quickly but that’s fine. It does seem to be fragile though. For me it dried the color that it is, but that’s not surprising.
