Non-inflammatory
I get this all the time. Great alternative to honey. Good in baking. Nice flavor. A fantastic non-inflammatory option for sweetening, used in conjunction with stevia or monkfruit.

Never Again!
I tried this product to recreate a local coffee shop beverage at home. The first & only day I used this product the coffee tasted great, but within 20 min I felt like I was going to die!! I had deathly abdominal cramping, sweating, diarrhea, gas, became pale & violently ill. It’s been 14 hrs & I’ve managed to keep down some toast & ginger ale. I had to leave work & am not going in tomorrow to be on the safe side😳 Before consuming, I read about possible side effects, but I did not use more than a serving in my drink!

Exceeded expectations
Fabulous product! I tried a little out of the bottle, and the taste was fantastic! The first keto dessert I tried (brownies) came out great too. I would have never even known about this product if I didn't watch nutrition videos online. This was a great discovery! I had read to slowly introduce it into your system because of the fiber content, so I was careful to eat small portions and make sure I did okay! I will also say - compared to the other keto brownies I had made with monk fruit/allulose - this syrup gave the brownies a much better, softer texture - my brownies with the other sweetener were a lot more dense (still good) but this was our favorite.

Chicory Root Syrup
This product taste great! However, the packaging does not work as great. When you open the bottle for the first time and then tighten the lid it builds up pressure creating the bottle to leak at the top. My husband opened a new one and then I used it about an hour later. It exploded all over when I opened it straight up. The bottle needs to be bigger for expansion or vented so how. Like I said in the beginning that the taste is great and a good alternative to maple syrup.

No weird aftertaste!
Not as sweet as monk fruit or erythritol, which I like because they can get too sweet. There is no weird aftertaste or flavor. I love to make my own “chocolate granola” with it by mixing it with coconut, seeds and nuts then baking in the oven until brown and caramelized. Then break it up and coat with melted chocolate. Yummy! The first time I used it I did notice some gas and bloating but my body has gotten used to it and I don’t really have that problem anymore. It has lots of fiber in it so you kind of have to expect that! It’s a great alternative sweetener. Will be buying again.

Great product, but awful gas.
I use this product as sort of a bonding agent for my homemade protein bars. It's high in fiber, mildly sweet, and somewhat low in net carbs. However, use with caution because excessive amounts may cause terrible gas. The terrible toots come on strong, striking early and often and last for hours. The foul funk hangs around like a thick smog that only a commercial grade air filtration device of sorts could tackle. My farts were so bad my wife left me. Even the dog wanted nothing to do with me. Not to mention, my couch cushions smell like a ruptured septic tank. At work, I'm pretty sure I was on the verge of being fired. Not even the Covid face masks could stand up to the apparent stench that surrounded my work area. These days, when I make the protein bars, I make sure to mix in some Vitafiber (1 part this product, 1 part Vitafiber). This seems to be enough to curb my toxic butt smog. ***UPDATE*** My wife is considering moving back but she is understandably hesitant. Fingers crossed.

Beware exploding bottles
The product is good when it isn't defective, first bottle I liked. 2nd bottle fermented and exploded in my cabinet all over the shelves. Sticky mess, can't get a refund because it is not returnable.

I love this stuff!!! 🤤🤤
I use this in Keto, despite it having a significant amount of carbs. However, I don't ever use a lot, so it's never been an issue. Also, fun fact, you can carmelize it, and it tastes fan-freaking-tastic! In fact, I sometimes just spread some on a parchment covered cookie sheet and bake it until it caramelizes. When it cools and hardens I peel it off (very satisfying, btw), and then eat it as a crunchy treat. It's my favorite sugar substitute, it's very versatile and great for baking.
