Really helps relief irritation and scalp relief

Great shampoo, My partner and I both suffer with flaky scalp and find other shampoos like Nizarol to be too Harsh. This is effective is removing stubborn dandruff and dryness, while also being hydrating. The bottle lasts a while and is good value for money, even if you're using it everyday/every second day as it's only needed on your scalp not your lengths.

This shampoo really helped reduce my dandruff, and it doesn’t dry out my hair. I use it daily with no issues — it leaves my scalp feeling clean and calm. The smell is not bad at all — kind of fresh and clean, not too strong. My hair feels soft and easy to manage after using it. ✅ Would I buy it again? Yes — effective, gentle, and smells fine too.

I have a dry scalp and find that this shampoo moisturisers it and stops itching. It easy easy to use. The product is quite expensive though. However it is very effective in cleaning the hair and scalp and does not cause irritation.

Very good. Nice scent too. Leave it on for 5 to 10 mins before rinsing off and watch the difference unfold before your eyes.

Hi I had terrible flaky dandruff, that I had all of a sudden.. I'm 77 and my hair has thinned and you see that my scalp was very flaky with dandruff.. So I read that this treatment was quite successful and tried it the first day I got it and after my hair had dried it was pretty successful.. Got rid of about 60% of the dabdruf.. Next day tried it again and I would say after two days of shampooing with this 90% had gone.. Waited two further days and shampooed again.. This time the opposite happened and my scalp started flaking badly again, this time the shampoo seem to loosen Al the skin from my scalp again.. Tomorrow I will have another go and if that doesn't work I might get a further treatment to add to my scalp with this shampoo.... I will let you all know what happens...colin... I had 2 days in between using it again and after this third shampoo I was disappointed because it lifted all the flaky dandruff in view again making it look as bad as it first looked.. The next day I gave myself a 4th shampoo it again it looks like it's gone completely.. What I will do now in two days time and see if it brings more dandruff off my head..At the moment my hair looks dandruff free.. Just to finish this review, my hair is now completely free of dandruff after using this shampoo for a couple of weeks....

Ingredients must have changed. Now makes my scalp itchy. Have moved across to Tgel scalp relief, which is better for me.

Anyone looking to replace the coal tar shampoo that’s been discontinued, this one is great. No burning, no itchy scalp and less hair fall. Scalp feels soothed and hair feels soft. Would definitely recommend.

Best product I had from neutrogena.My daughter had scales and itching which started to getting worse.I tried lot of medications and shampoos but nothing worked.Then I came across this shampoo and decided to give a try with bit of hesitation.But it worked from first wash and after 4 washes her scalp is clean and normal.Believe me,it works and no need to go for lousy treatments for dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis.Thanks neutrogena.
