Easy to clean and work well.
Just like the ones that came with it. Easy to clean. Just pop them in the dishwasher and they are ready to use again.

Grillbot Customer service SUCKS!
Wow! I bought this for my husband for Christmas after he saw the neighbors. First off it did not work. Tried all the troubleshooting hints and none worked. The battery WOULD NOT charge. Then we tried calling Grillbots customer service number. You cannot speak with a human. You go through an automated process and then you have to fill out a form and PAY for help. It says fully refundable but then it’s a monthly fee unless you cancel and it’s not actually someone from Grillbots. We finally just called Amazon and Eden was VERY HELPFUL. We were able to return to Amazon. As for Grillbots their customer service deserves a negative star rating. Actually I think this is overpriced also.
