Review: It's surprisingly good read - it's academic work, it can be a little dense, and the lack of color illustration is a little disappointing, but the author does a good job bringing the topic to life, treating it with obvious passion ... it's a great e-book, and i'm glad i got it. you will too! Review: Awesome - Love this book!! Easy to understand and explains how food affects our thinking! I've been wanting a book like this and finally found it!!

Great read
Very informative. Detailed information about what foods can cause different moods and why. People should read this book, and watch less t.v.

Interesting and useful information
I'm not done reading this book, but it is required for a Kaiser Permamente's nutritional group. Some of it gets into the details of chemistry of food and how it affects the body. The chemistry part requires some Google searching on my part, but it is valuable information for me. It's amazing what food can do to the brain, and how it affects moods. I reccomend this to anyone who notices how flour products, sugar and even certain fats can change how someone thinks, feels and behaves.

Hard to read entire book
This seems more appropriate as a reference guide, than a book you would read from cover to cover. Contains good information, which I will refer to later, whenever I'm suffering from an ailment. But I could not sit there and read it from cover to cover.

Love this book
I have this book in both soft cover and Kindle versions. Pros: excellent reference book, easy to access information, I recommend it to others quite frequently. Great for understanding why we eat what we eat and how it effects / affects us. Cons: wish there was a more current version, as this book is greater than 3 yrs old. I give it a 4.5 stars.

Interesting and science - based
The book reads quite well and has interesting explanations, that tend to be science based. Nowadays, much of this information is not new, as media passes it frequently.
