Life Changing & Serves Multiple Goals to Recover & Maintain Health
This machine was everything we were looking for and more. After it arrived it was better than we even thought too! In no particular order it is: -pleasing to look at -surprisingly easy set up even right out of the box -as our lives and space needs change, this machine needed to be able to adapt to it, and so far it does -not too heavy for me to maneuver, despite my health challenges -sturdy and I do not fear having to replace it anytime soon -the control bar is placed in an optimal position in relation to the track - it isn't to the far front -the length of the track is not too long or short -side storage slot for the control bar & handle tightening tool was an important feature, keeping everything in one space -enjoy that you don't have to separately screw on the hand bars like other models -during the workout, the control bar also flashes between the time of session and steps, this is a nice bonus, even though I wear a FITBIT -there isn't a feature that we find wanting -there isn't a feature that we won't be using daily, either (except for maybe the speakers, as we will use Alexa or earbuds more often, but we will still make use of this) -the perfect price point for both quality and economical value -we planned to put it away after each session, but have kept it out, and this is not due to issues with putting it away, but b/c it isn't an eyesore (despite limited space and large windows we want to keep unobstructed) and we are using it more than we thought. *We bought a 6-pack of Excercise Equipment pads from Amazon. This helps to muffle the vibrations on the floor, even though we feel it is already pretty quiet, and it is on an area rug or will be used on low carpet, we find this increases the barrier between us and those in the unit bellow. -I was looking for something that had a higher maximum speed, and this fit the bill. My goal is to walk daily or do HIIT sessions 2-3 times a week. I am a slow sprinter for now, so as I am healing this will be a great service! I'm only just walking right now. (walking or HIIT are optimal exercises overall) BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND! This unit serves us in all areas this way. Our entire family has been using it multiple times a day. My husband is picky and prefers more uneven terrain outside, but still finds this quite pleasurable and my children (12 and 14) are enjoying it a lot and have plans to use it every day as they know the benefits of walking, and they even break out into some light interval sprints. I am a 39-year-old female who is also a homeschool mom. I have always been somewhat active, lean, and flexible. I was homebound 7-9 months last year, I then had 4 months beginning in November that I could leave, and with spring this year I am again homebound. I am very busy indoors, but I am not able to get enough steps within our loft apartment/condo. (I much prefer this above pacing) Due to this, the muscles in my legs have developed a limited range of motion, despite some other exercises and stretches. This issue has gotten so bad that I have continual knee pain on one side and I can only get up from sitting or the floor slowly. I have also gained almost 10 pounds and now weigh more than I ever have. (This doesn't include 2 pregnancies) Initially, my legs get a workout at around the ~10-minute mark at about 2 mph, but I am breaking up a few different 10-minute sessions throughout the day. My goal is to get to 60+ minutes a day. I am utilizing the MELT Method by Sue Hitzmann to help with this adjustment period as well as for multiple other benefits. I am also doing The Happy Body Program by Jerzy. Finally, I am in the middle of doing brain retraining with Dynamic Neural Retraining Program which encourages walking or HIIT as highly beneficial for brain health.

Great treadmill for the price
Just got this today. I set it up in about 10 minutes. It’s heavy to get out of the box but not horrible! I slid it around on the floor and that worked. There are no screws, nuts or bolts to deal with making it super easy to set it up. I plugged it in and tested it, started right up - I went slow since I hadn’t lubricated it yet. It’s very quiet and the speed picks up fast and slows down slow just like a gym treadmill would. After I lubricated it on both sides like it states to, I picked it up a notch to about 4.2 and it was still quiet and feels sturdy for a jog /run so far! I’m impressed with this machine for the price. I stopped my gym membership due to lack of time to get there, this is going to be great on the days a dog walk is out due to weather. There are also wheels so you can move it around pretty easy. Mine is on carpet now because it’s in my living room, but I think it will be ok. Five stars for quality, value, on time delivery, no broken parts, quiet, inexpensive for a decent treadmill. Also, an easy to ready install manual. Nothing fancy but so far it looks like it will get the job done!

Great mid sized treadmill, more than a walking pad
I researched a long time because I was limited on space yet I did not want something so small that I’d be tripping over my own feet. This is perfect! You have to make sure when checking dimensions that you look at the “deck” because that is the portion you are running/walking on. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn’t so heavy. It just fits under my couch but I can’t move it myself so I have to depend on my husband to put it away and take it out for me to use. That’s probably an error on my part. All in all, worth every penny. I got it on sale, I don’t remember the price but it was under $300 so wait on it.

Pleasantly Surprised - Its a perfect treadmill for me
I was nervous buying a treadmill online and one of this size. I'm used to seeing the really big ones you see at a gym. I eventually decided on this one because if was small enough that it could fit under my couch but still had hand rails. Its easy to set up and put away. Its kinda a work out getting it out from and back under my couch, its heavier than I thought but its not so heavy I cant do it. (29yo female, 5'4" 200lbs, very out of shape...) I bought this in December 2019 and it is still working well with no issues. *knock on wood* The first couple months I walked on it for 30min-1hr a few times a week at 2-3mph. Then like all treadmill owners I stopped using it for a few months, I left it under my couch, out of the way collecting dust... It got taken out a couple times after that but now I've been using it daily again for the last month. I've been walking on it 1hr-4hr a day (4 hours broken up from morning to evening) at 2.5-3mph. The treadmill will stop after 2 hours of continuous use but can be restarted. probably better if you give it a break but It does work. Probably not recommended but I put a closet shelf on top of the hand rails and then put my laptop on it so I can walk while working too. There is still plenty of room for me to walk. Overall I'm really happy with this treadmill and would recommend it. -- June 2023 update, I still highly recommend the treadmill but mine has now officially died. In the last year I have been running 5-6 mph for 1-3 hours daily durring the summer months and then a couple times a month durring the winter. My husband tried to run on it at 7mph and the treadmill shut off and won't turn back on. The power button was VERY hot but the motor wasn't so not sure what happened exactly but very sad the treadmill died. I do with it would of lasted longer, but I never had any issues with it and it lasted 3.5 years and this is much cheaper than your normal name brand tredmills. Still tbd if I'm going to buy another one right now but if your looking for a treadmill this was pretty good overall.

I live in a condo building and was quite worried about the noise. But this treadmill is surprisingly very sturdy and not loud at all (just about the same amount of noise other treadmill would make). It is quite heavy so I don’t know if anyone would actually fold and unfold after each workout. But besides that, i love the sleek design and simplicity of it! Highly recommend!

Bought this so my wife could regain her strength after dealing with cancer surgery & treatments. She's not ready yet, but I've been using it and I love it. Simple to operate, starts up slow enough so she will be able to use it (1 kph or 0.6 mph) & goes faster than I can run (I'm old) - a great buy for us.

The product is compact and suits my needs of walking 4 to 6 km per day. I was disappointed in the battered shape in which the product arrived … delivered to the wrong address by Amazon. I had to find it down the road and then have it moved to my house. There were scrapes and damage to the underside of the unit caused by obvious mishandling of the forklift, and then shoddily repackaged to cover the bashed up original packaging that went right through the cardboard, plastic and styrofoam. Paint scrapes and bent undercarriage do not seem to negatively impact the function though. I decided to keep it and hope it stands up to daily use.
