Good Tablets for Pain and Reducing Swelling
I’ve been using these Nurofen Ibuprofen tablets to manage pain from a foot injury caused by running, and they’ve been really effective. They kick in fairly quickly and help take the edge off enough for me to stay active during recovery. They’re also quite affordable compared to other options, which is a big plus. The tablets themselves are small and easy to swallow, so no issues taking them regularly when needed. You can take them every 4 hours, which makes it easy to stay on top of the pain throughout the day.
