New year and trying to return to a healthier breakfast and oatmeal is such a good choice but sometimes it’s just so convenient to have it in a form that I can take with me while traveling which I do a lot - or it’s flavored healthily so in the morning all I have to do is add water ( milk is also an option ) and it’s good to go. I chose this brand for a couple of reasons - one bring simple that I love hazelnuts and cacao so the flavor profile was appealing and the second reason being I cannot stand any kind of weird artificial sweeteners and this one uses a small amount of coconut sugar and is not very sweet at all which I prefer. You can use these for overnight oats or served traditionally warm - they have a great flavor with the right amount of chocolate / hazelnut taste and I typically add a hint of nut butter for a little more protein. These are low sodium, low carb and high fiber which is a great way to start your day! Will purchase again.

Got these little bad boys in the mail and I love them! I have coconut and hazelnut now. Coconut i like with almond milk, banana chunks and coconut shavings. Hazelnut is delicious with a date, some bananas, and almond milk. It goes with raspberries too! Such a yummy product and it's perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast!

This is my favorite flavor from Mylk Labs! It’s perfect for my nonstop chocolate cravings & only has 5grams of sugar. I have it for either breakfast, snack or as a dessert. Best quality oatmeal out there & perfect for on-the-go.
