Easy to install and great to use
I do indoor cycling classes. My old shoes were shot so I bought a new pair and then went looking for cleats. These are quick release out of the cycle clamps and easy to fit in as well. They were easy to install and are great in my high intensity classes! Good price too!

Easy and perfect!
Includes all the screws to install. Took 5 min for my 1st time converting my feet city cleats from peloton to SPD pedals. Wasn’t even sure it would work but it was so easy. So far so good! Took them for a spin yesterday and they held up for 20 miles so far.

Clip in well. A little hard to unclip but doable.
These clips hold really well. I have a S22i Nordic Track Studio bike and I switched the stock toe cage pedals to Shimano SPD easy release pedals because I'm not mountain biking. I wanted to get out easy. I think since the pedals are new and the clips are new so they just need to get some more wear and they will release easier. But all in all I am very pleased with these.

Works with Shimano shoes
I bought a pair of entry level Shimano bike shoes to put these on so I can ride my Echelon stationary bike. Works fine with the Echelon pedals and clips right in with this combo. Popping out takes a bit of effort, but not sure if that is because of these cleats or my basic Echelon pedals. I'm not biking the Tour de France with these so not a problem as I am not going to fall over in the street. Works great for what I need it to do.
