I'm not a big fan of the things that you put below your glass, but to each their own. • Ease of Use: Easy, the tweezer thingy would work better if you have a container for the cubes and not a bag. Either way, it's just a glass, pour and drink, as easy as it gets. • Performance: Yeah the glasses are glassy, but I didn't like the cubes as much, they felt like they weren't working to be honest, the drink didn't get any cooler. • Design: It looks quite good, the design of the glasses it's obviously personal preference, but in my opinion they are great, the box too, and it comes well packaged. The glasses are not that big, they obviously don't have to be, but some people would expect the to be a little more bigger con diameter. • Value for Money: I think it's worth it, 30 dollars it's about right for this product, and for a gift too (which it's the main purpose of the product) if you are not sure, get it on a discount, but I don't think it's gonna be much cheaper than it is already. • Customer Support: I'm this case, it was a gift, so I didn't get to need to contact them, or see if there was contact information about customer support, so I can't say nothing about it. Conclusion: It's a great gift, looks good, and has nice details, it's probably worth it if you now that the person it's gonna use it, not overly priced.

However, the coasters were a little questionable but definitely not a deal breaker since it’s only a rubber coaster and that’s not why I purchased it. The case is beautiful too! El producto es tal cual la imagen de referencia, la caja trae un diseño que lo hace lucir elegante, el contenido de accesorios viene con una presentación muy bonita y aparte trae una tarjeta para que escribas algo si así lo deseas y una bolsa de regalo. Los vasos vienen un poco sucios pero nada que no se solucione con lavarlos, el vidrio de los vasos de buena calidad y la caja trae esponjas para proteger todos sus accesorios.
