I applied this product on 120 year old interior (red) brick walls. All brick and mortar surfaces were washed with water and allowed to dry completely prior to application. Some walls were previously skim coated with plaster and painted. These walls had to be power sanded with 40 grit and then acid washed. I used a 3 inch brush to liberally apply the product to the brick and mortar. Then I allowed it to soak in for about 5 minutes before brushing out any runs. Some bricks soaked up the sealer very quickly and required an immediate second coat. There's no rushing this process, but it has been worth the effort to me.

Product is as advertised, not shinny. Easy to apply

I used this on two old brick chimneys that are almost 100 years old. Stopped the leak through.

We bought for outside older reset patio bricks after using poly sand in joints-wetting the sand and letting it dry 24hr etc. Bought satin finish. Applied two coats (per directions). see zero difference, no finish enhancements. Nothing. We know it’s to seal the bricks and joints. But the Sand washes out. Feel like I wasted money on this product.

Product was to produce a satin finish but my results were flat and difficult to tell the pavers were coated. Never use it again nor would I recommend it to others.

This did the job for my brick house. It's a must have if you have a brick home.

I used this on an older pebblestone patio. I cleaned and dried the floor first and let it sit for several days. I then used a sprayer to put this product on. I dried well in a few hours and was totally dry the next day. The first rain shower we had a week later showed the water beading up well. I was very pleased with the product, drying time and effectiveness of water proofing. I would highly recommend this for any outside application.
