I haven't been poisoned yet!
I bought these to go with a 3M half-mask respirator. They're pricier than no-name equivalents, but when you're talking about protecting your health, I'll gladly pay more for the name brand. They fit easily onto the lugs on the respirator and let me spray acrylic paints and print resin without smelling any chemicals. I haven't tried them with enamel or lacquer based paints, but they should be fine for anything that isn't oil-based or acidic. I've been using the same pair for five months with no noticeable decrease in protection or any difficulty in breathing. Use with confidence (if they fit your needs. Check 3M's website and make sure you're buying the right kind of filter.)

Good quality
Bought these to put on my 3m respirator and I must say they work very well. I use the respirator when sanding spackle and painting with oil based paints. When sanding you don’t take on any dust as all in ur mouth or nostrils which is the thing I hate most about sanding. When using oil based paints you can’t smell a thing until you remove the respirator. I would purchase these filters again.

A must have for Resin Work
I am a Dice Maker and I 3d print masters for other dice makers. My printer is running nearly every day. When dealing with toxic and hazardous chemicals every day, safety is paramount. It is important that myself and my family are protected from my business. Especially when we live in a small apartment with few windows and very little air flow. This filter is rated for the VoCs that I deal with on a daily basis and attaches perfectly to my 3m rugged half mask. It is comfortable and easy to breathe through and most of all I know I am being protected because I cannot smell a damn thing.I even had contractors come a couple weeks back that repainted my kitchen cabinets and we were told that it would not be safe for us to be in the apartment for the first couple hours after spraying. But we kept working while they sprayed and couldn't smell any of it through these filters. Good stuff. They do need to be replaced periodically if/when you start to smell anything through them. They just keep protecting myself and my family very well. I am grateful such good PPE exists for my line of work.

Good and Hardy Respirator Cartridge
This integrated respirator cartridge is more hardy than the other solution from 3M that you need to put together. I prefer this Cheers

Love these. 2nd pair.
These filters have saved me from much stress during heavy wildfire smoke days. I first bought them for that very purpose when we were hit with smoke last year. This year I was ready with a new pair of filters, and good thing, as we've already had more smoke this year than last year. They work great! I have the half face reusable respirator to go with them. They aren't perfectly comfy, I mean, they're a mask. I'd much rather be walking around in clean air without one. They're tolerable though. There's a little effort that goes into inhaling, but I find exhaling to be very easy--which is why, they are not recommended for covid. I see some users writing about using them for viruses. They will only block viruses if the filter says it specifically is meant for that purpose, and just as important to note, they do not filter your air when breathing out so others aren't protected from you. Please don't make the mistake of using these for the wrong purposes whether vapours, dust, particulates, viruses, etc... Do the research. Call the number that is listed in the questions section and ask 3M. Please be safe and keep others safe. And don't be afraid to wear these with all of the wildfire smoke we have these days. Your lungs are precious. I recently had a much younger person give me what I believed to be "a look" when he saw me wearing my mask and filters the other day. He went on to tell me that "It [the wildfire smoke] only makes your lungs stronger." I quickly replied with "I dare you to tell my grandmother with COPD that."
