10 lbs Adjustable Ankle Weights-PAIR (SLIM FIT) With Iron Rods ZORI Brand [Misc.]

Great set of weights... Large and a bit bulky, but I wear them daily at work under my trousers for 8.5 hours at a time and they stay comfortable. They have helped my loose weight and are visibly toning up my legs again. I also use them in the evenings on my wrists just to tone my arms, chest and shoulders - they work a treat. The are made very well with strong stitching and excellent amount of Velcro so it wont wear out. I would highly recommend these.

the quality and its ergonomics could have been a bit better

Not bad do the job required. Good weights and I like the fact I can add the weights myself as I build knee muscle. The issue I have they scratch your leg as you use them. So you will need something to protect the ankle. Other then that these are a good product .

The way this product is made means that there are long metal bars that provide the weight. Once strapped on my ankles these individual weights pressed down so heavily on my ankles they were ridiculously painful. I simply can't do any exercise with them when I am standing up. However they are not painful when I use them when doing exercises on my back or side. I wouldn't recommend.

I love these. They are perfect and fit well. I like the fact that they have adjustable weights, which is why I purchased them.

Absolutely awesome. Its tough and the iron rods are kept safely inside with no worries of it popping out. May want to consider buying something else to wear under the strap otherwise it can irritate over prolonged periods of wear

This product is extremely uncomfortable, considering its priced at the high end of the market, I had higher expectations of the quality and comfort to come form the product.

Bought these for my children whom both at 5 and 7 needed to strengthen their legs and bums. The rods are 1lb each and are easily removable (so you can start with a low weight and build up to 5 lbs on each leg). However as the straps are made for adults I just machined on extra velco so we could really tighten them up around each ankle to stop them slipping up and down the calf. They are big and bulky for kids but work fine and I couldn't find anything else that did the weight range for children.
