I was using almond oil but switched to this and glad I did. It’s odorless, not greasy feeling or sticky, very lite and absorbs nicely instead of sitting on top of my skin. I use it for massage and dry skin. The price is good for the bottle size.

I absolutely love this brand of Fractionated Coconut oil. Fractionated Coconut Oil means that the oil comes in liquid form instead of the hard condensed natural form that looks more like a cooking fat than something you would use for multiple purposes. Here are the pros: 1. Price is Right Look for sales sometimes you get two for almost the price of one. 2. Each bottle comes with a pump that you can screw on and pump like you would liquid soap. 3. It arrives sealed in plastic and intact, so no messy spilled messes in the shipping process. 4. I use this on my hair! It makes my hair shine. I have a small spray bottle that I fill with coconut oil. I add 20 drops of Lavender Essential Oil from Doterra and 10 drops Geranium Essential Oil from Doterra. Right when you get out of the shower soak up as much water from your hair as you can. Comb through your hair. Then turn your head upside down and spray the back and the front of your hair, making sure to lightly cover all of it. A little bit goes a log way. Don't use too much. Just light sprays all over. Then comb through your hair once more. Add whatever gel you need for curls, I still need to add anti frizz gel, because I have lots of curls. If you don't have curls you don't have any need for adding extra products. When your hair dries you have beautiful shiny hair that smells beautiful. The combination of the coconut oil and the essential oils keeps the hair shiny, easy to comb through, keeps dandruff away and takes away any itching you may have from dandruff. Yes it's true! I started using due to excess dandruff and scalp itching from an infection caused after brain surgery and this cleared the infection up, something several bottles of steroids and antibiotics couldn't do. 5. For kids, it acts as a great detangler. 6. When using some essential oils, you need a carrier oil. The coconut oil works much better than olive oil and smells better too. 7. Great for dry skin. Using a small spray bottle (travel size) fill with Coconut Oil, mix several drops of Lavender Essential Oil from Doterra into the oil. Right when you turn the shower off lightly towel dry and then lightly spray with coconut oil. This will help moisten dry skin and also take away or soothe any itching if needed from dry skin. I honestly don't have any cons for this product. It is one of my favorites and I always buy it here, because of the great price and no leaks during shipping.

I purchased Majestic Pure, specifically because it claimed not to have a coconut smell. Based on this, I went ahead and blended it with several of my essential oils to create a custom combination. However, to my shock, this product completely ruined my blend. Contrary to what was advertised, it has an incredibly strong coconut smell, which completely overpowers everything. The misleading product description caused me to waste not only the money I spent on Majestic Pure but also on the essential oils I combined it with. This product is absolutely unusable if you intend to mix it with other oils. I feel misled and would like a full refund due to the false advertising and the negative impact it had on my blends. I strongly urge others not to buy this product, especially if you plan on mixing it with other essential oils.

We’ve been searching for a good way to keep our skin from drying out without using chemicals or anything that leaves the skin greasy for hours. Not an easy task which is why we started making our own hand cream. Guys, are you using some chemical based product as an after shave to get rid of the razer burn? Instead of smearing chemicals with all kinds of scent on your skin, spread a little of this around. I find there’s no burn and it very quickly soaks in to give the skin a nice look. It feels good going on. I also have a very dry scalp and with the standard European receding hairline I’ve struggled to keep from looking like a lizard that’s moulting. A little of this on the scalp goes a long way and doesn’t leave the hair all greasy looking. This is far better than the big brand name stuff that stinks for hours and has chemicals that will soon be banned in Canada. I know that this is commonly used as a carrier oil but it can also be used on its own to condition skin. I find it very useful to keep the eczema on the backs of my wrists under control. We’ve also used it a couple of times to treat very dry hair with good results. Before buying the first time I was expecting there to be some coconut smell but there is none what so ever. There is no scent to it at all. Coconut oil is a wonderful product for softening skin and the fractionation process produces an oil that easily soaks into the skin within minutes and soon after there is no trace that any was applied. I also find that if I wash my hands to soon after applying it to the eczema areas it washes off. I need to give it a few minutes to soak in. I do make my own hand cream (I really hate using chemicals) and am already looking at how I can incorporate this into the mix. I don’t see any problem with bee’s wax being able to work as an emulsifier and properly bind this along with the other oils. This isn’t the cheapest oil and its certainly more expensive than the chemical alternatives but because this is so viscous and spreads so easily it really takes just a few drops to cover the backs of my hands and lasts for hours so when I look at this vs. the cost and add in that it’s all natural the price is actually better than buying the big brand name chemical crud. We’ll be giving it a shot as a carrier oil but I suspect that we won’t encounter any problems.
