Black Wow Trim Restorer is not a dye. It is a super concentrated, wipe-on liquid that restores faded and white-stained trim on contact. There is no need to let the product dry or cure. Note: The phrase "super-concentrated" really does apply to this product. It takes less than a pea-sized amount on the foam applicator to work magic. The 2 oz. bottle will last a long time even treating multiple cars. **Directions: Wipe trim with a 50/50 solution of alcohol and water or a prep cleaner such as such as Pre-WOW. Apply a drop of Black Wow to the foam applicator and massage into the trim. After all trim is treated, wipe with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove any excess product. Detailing trick: Now go back and wipe the trim with a damp cloth or sponge. This will insure a uniform, rich luster.** Package of one 2 oz. Black Wow Trim Restorer and a foam applicator pads and Black Wow Trim Masking Card.** If you do get Black Wow on the paint, use Pre-WOW to remove. Review: Blacken those plastic rims - This really work, very easy to apply, lasts a few washes of the car, as you only need the tiniest of drops the product look small but lasts a long time. The cost for the product is high but it lasts. Review: W O W that sure restored the black!! - I bought a perfect 1 year old wrangler with unbelievably low miles. However. The prior owner did not take care at all of the plastic trim, and she probably put materials on it that even made the plastic fade faster... Enter Black Wow. I am WOWED!! I sprinkled on a bunch of sesame seed drops, rubbed them in with a microfiber towel, and my carโs more beautiful than any car detail or ever the day I took it off the lot. Next test is how long this black will last. Differentiating Pros: -super black -not shiny, seems to penetrate with hydration

Works as advertised
In Las Vegas, black automotive plastic can turn pretty gray. used this product on a very grey. I used this product on the back bumper of my 2006 F-150 and was very pleased to see how well it blacked out the grey areas. I will look forward to see how long this lasts. I suspect a reapplication may be necessary next summer which would be fine with me as it only took a few minutes.

It actually works!
This stuff really brings the color back and keeps it. Worked on gray but better on black. The only thing I don't like is it leaves a greasy residue behind.

Doesnt Last and overpriced
I have a auto detailing business and a relative of mine recommended I try this product. So I payed the 30 bucks to get it and figured the product must work really well since the bottle was only 8 oz. or so. I Applied it to the trim of a mitsubishi montero sport on a Sunday after noon (after first cleaning and prepping the surface). I wiped off the excess with a microfiber(as directed) and it looked amazing. it rained a few days later on wednesday and when I went back the following Sunday to see how "black wow" held up I was very disappointed. Roughly 90 to 95 % of the product had been washed off after the rain and got all over the paints surface making it filthy. I gave it a 2nd chance and applied the product to trim on a mini cooper and the exact same thing happened. The breakdown: INITIAL RESULTS look good!(just like any silicone based exterior trim product) Results after just 1 week and 1 day of rain are terrible and the product didnt last as advertised) Advise: DONT buy this overpriced

great at first, but does it last?
Initially, the result was amazing. I first applied it to greying black plastic parts on my daughter's car. The result was terrific and seems to be holding up weeks later. Next I applied it to the oxidized finish on my boat. Again, the instantaneous result was amazing. However, I noticed that it product leaves an oily residue. I thought it would eventually penetrate, but it hasn't done that and dirt tends to stick to the oily surface now. Also, there are some areas where the finish has reverted back to the original oxidized look, but that may be the result of the presence of some other product in that area. The rest of the treated area of the fiberglass finish appears to be slowly reverting back. So I have hesitated applying the product to the rest of the boat (standard fiberglass colored gell coat) until I see how it ages. I would really like a solution that looks good (this does) but does not leave an oily residue.
