How do you use this???

Tepid water in a clean mug, fill and put it in your ear as far as possible without hurting yourself and then over the sink squirt as hard as possible (about 10-12 times) until ear WAX loosens and gets washed out and you can hear again out of that ear. I also do the other at the same time since I am there and was surprised at the wax that came out of the good ear too. Just remember the trick is almost hot water to melt the wax and a hard jet into the ear canal. 15 minutes total job.

how do you get water into syringe?

1.) Put water in a cup or other container. 2.) Place the head of the syringe in the water. 3.) Pull back the plunger and draw the water into the syringe.I hope that answers your question.

can you use this with tubes in your ears

The instructions warn specifically against using this product if "tympanostomy tubes" are present. Also, if you have a perforated eardrum, or an ear infection, there is a warning against using the product, as well.

Can this be syringe also be used for a sinus rinse?

I don't know it doesn't seem like a good idea I think the pressure would be too much
