It's definitely long enough to go past my elbow. The velcro is wide enough to adjust for an wrist or leg.

Could be a great product just not for foot or ankle. The Velcro part does not stretch and if not carefully placed would irate my ankle.

Not for a knee wrap -doesn’t work.

My first Incrediwear product, and perhaps my last. Bought it to use as a "test" to see if Incrediwear products could help with my joint pain, it didn't. I have rear knee and ankle pain. I used it, frustratingly, on my knee, it did nothing. I also tried to wrap my ankle, near impossible and also did nothing. It's just too small, short and slippery to use on any other joint than a wrist. Perhaps their other products are better, but since they are so expensive, and this little wrap was NOT RETURNABLE, I am VERY hesitant to drop any more $$$ on failure.

The fabric is very thin and has to be stretched while wrapping to achieve adequate compression. If you are wrapping around the upper leg , the fabric will “curl” backwards at the edges, leaving it very difficult to wrap and more importantly to achieve desired compression and level of comfort. Would have liked for the fabric to be thicker and better quality. Further, it was not apparent this would be the case, from the description and by the time you get the product and open it, it’s too late to return. Research and check fabric thickness of this or any other product if fabric thickness is important to you.

I have other incrediwear items and feel they truly help. This is no different however the velcro attachment area is set up mainly for wrist use and tears up the fabric when attached past the pad area.

I love most of the incrediwear products and this is one of my favorites. I get a stiff neck sometimes, so I wrap this around my neck. It is amazing how much it helps. You really could use this anywhere on your body. It is long enough to give you a good wrap.
