DYLON DYES ARE THE WORST - RUINED CLOTHES AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE
This RUINED expensive FRAME jeans - it is the absolute worst. I followed the instructions exactly to dye white jeans a sand color and instead they came out blue grey, brown in streaks, not a uniform sand color. See the picture below. I emailed and called customer service and no response. DYLON fabric dyes are the WORST!!!!

Very easy to use
I used mine in the washing machine like the directions said to do. The color was very light tan, but it did take a bright white jacket and make it a light cream color - easy to use!

Left spots of blue all over my clothes ruining them. Don’t buy this. DYLON needs to fix this ASAP.
I washed as instructed and it did not work as it should have. I don’t understand how beige dye can give my clothes blue spots but this was 100% a failure.

Disappointed
Majority of the clothes came out unchanged or ruined by purple splotches. I used as directed and used a lighter load to test the product. Was it didn’t work!

Wasted my time.
Had to throw away two bath towels and four new hand towels. All originally white. It was supposed to be beige, but there were streaks of a darker color.

WASTE OF MONEY
Please listen to all the other 1-star reviews. This completely destroyed my clothes. Also took about 3wks for it to arrive. Save your money & your clothes.

So simple to use, with fantastic results every time
I’m a regular purchaser of Dylon dyes, mostly for refreshing work items, jeans & towels etc. I had a long hoodie style top that had the colour had run during the first wash (resulting in a grubby grey colour rather than white) and also some T-shirts that had seen better days so I decided on this gorgeous green to try and breathe a bit of life back into them. The instructions on the back of the product are super easy to follow- wash as normal, then add dye pod into drum of the washing machine and run standard 30/40oc cycle with no detergents. Run one more cycle with the pod removed and your usual laundry products to rinse - simple as that and the result was exactly as expected. All over even colour, bright and really fresh looking items. I had also dyed (saved) a really comfy but discoloured pair of converse before too which also turned out fab.. Just removed the laces (which I steeped in some oxy white solution) and washed the shoes along with an old towel using a turquoise dye as per the directions above and that was it.. fab looking shoes for just a fiver! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed using this product and will no doubt continue to use in the future.. A well deserved 5 stars & definitely recommend vote from me! 👍🏼

Really easy to use and great results
I’d never used dylon before but had heard lots about it including some horror stories but when I couldn’t find clothes for my sons world book day costume in the colour I wanted I decided to brave it and give it a go. My base items were a white long sleeved top and grey marl leggings and even though they weren’t the same shade to start with the finished colour was pretty uniform. The product itself was ready easy to use. You just wet your fabrics put them in the machine and then peel the lid off the dye and put that in the drum too. Run it once without detergent and once with and then it’s done. I did do a rinse with an empty machine afterwards just incase there was any dye left over but there wasn’t and I’ve washed plenty of clothes since without issue I’d definitely look at using the dyes again

Mancha la ropa. Deja la ropa para desechar.
Me ha estropeado los pantalones. Deja manchas de diferentes colores y puntitos de color azul. Es una estafa de tinte. No creo que pueda salvar. Los pantalones...

Nicht zu empfehlen
Warum?

Before and After. I tried to revive my old throw, that had been in a sunlight room for 4 years, it's 100% cotton throw which is important when using this dye. The pod was enough to cover every single square inch of the throw, there are no patches, happy with the result.
