Responsive support
The engraved tumbler turned out great, but the lid was originally damaged in shipping. I contacted their support email, and they had a new lid sent to me really quickly. I was very pleased and would order from them again!

Beautiful Cup and fast delivery
The cup was beautiful and jusyt as I expected it to look and I received it fairly quickly. The lid was cracked when I received the cup however the seller quickly rectified the situation by sending a replacement lid immediately. I will buy from this seller again in the future.
